Dakota (Cody) Anderson was very professional and courteous. He arrived well within the time frame and worked with alacrity. Mr. Anderson gave me 3 options and explained their pros and cons. I picked the mid option (replacing springs, cables, rollers, bearings with a 10-year warranty). My garage door was up running as well as new in an hour and a half. I am very happy with the service and results.

After having an upsetting mishap with my garage door, I called Precision based on their high reviews. They were very timely in sending a technician to my home to assess the damage. The single torsion spring broke last night and dropped the door hard. Kenny showed up on time and provided a recommendation based on experience. He showed me the wear and tear that the 20+ years of use provided. We chose to proactively replace the opener along with moving to two tension springs which is more appropriate for the double door plus replacing all of the rollers and cables and moving the inside closer button to a better location. The doom is incredibly quiet for the first time ever. Total time was around two hours start to finish as he carried all parts with him. Excellent experience & would definitely recommend using Precision again for any garage door repairs!

We had another excellent service call today with Henry. Our garage door opener had malfunctioned on a Saturday, and our car was “imprisoned.” A call late Saturday led to a midday Sunday appointment and Henry took care of our issue in a relatively short time. He was another typically polite service person who was enjoyable to deal with. We’ve been very happy to have established a working relationship with Precision Garage Door Service.

I called Monday morning after the spring broke on our garage door, they set the repair for 12:00 - 2:00 same day, the tech (Kenneth) arrived at 12:15, and got it repaired plus upgraded a few parts that were worn and may have failed soon. Very responsive and great service. Kenneth was a pro and got it done fast.

Service tech installed springs, then determined they were too heavy. Installed springs allegedly equivalent to existing springs. I was told these were the wrong springs for this door. These springs have been operational for 10 years. Installed 3rd set of springs and he seemed satisfied that the were correct. He didn't test these with the opener much but things seem to work. Corwell installed our doors and I had them do other work. They seemed knowledgeable and efficient and I would probably call them.

To begin, there was excellent communication prior to the actual delivery of repair services. I wish to recognize Salena (?) with whom I corresponded via the online chat system. Salena provided me with excellent preliminary information and then promptly scheduled the service call. Later that day, Kenny called to indicate that he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that suited me... it did. Kenny arrived approximately one hour ahead of the original schedule and was courteous and professional from the beginning. He began by completing a safety check in which he identified frayed cables. I did not jump at the opportunity to replace those cables. It was important to me that Kenny described the problem but did not over-sell the need to replace them (he did point out the safety concern). After a few minutes of independent thought, I returned to garage and asked Kenny to add the cable replacement to the service call. Kenny installed two new springs and new cables in a short period of time. He also reset the limits on my garage door opener. When he notified me that the work was done, everything was working just as it should! I am very impressed with Kenny's skill and efficiency and perhaps even more impressed with his facts-only, low pressure sales approach regarding the cables. I could not be happier with the result of just one phone call and one very efficient and effective service call. Nice work!

I had an appointment for a garage door repair. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, we talked and then I decided to get a new door, this was Monday. He called the office and they said they could install it on Thursday and would call me to setup a time to install. I had to call them and now they don't have my standard door in stock so I have to wait 2 weeks for a new door

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and my call was answered promptly by a friendly and helpful associate. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 10:00-12:00. As promised our Technician-Nia arrived just a few minutes after 10:00. He assessed the work needed and offered a few options. While a broken spring repair would have solved the issue, he did point out a number of other repair issues to consider. This was by no means a high pressure sell and he did a great job explaining why we should consider replacing a few other parts which were now about 32 years old. We accepted his recommendations, and he completed the work promptly and professionally in less than two hours. Our door works better than it has in years, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They offer prompt service, and their entire team is friendly, courteous, and professional.
