When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. Today’s service call was my first experience with your company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad was outstanding. He arrived on schedule and quickly identified the issues with my door and opener. He provided a thorough explanation of the solutions and answered all of my questions. There was a significant amount of work involved, but he was finished in what seemed like no time at all. Well, I backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and bent the bottom of it badly and popped the rollers off the channel. Remembering that Precision had installed a new opener motor so I called for help. Within a couple of hours a technician, Chad, arrived and started fixing the problem. I asked for an estimate on replacing the door entirely and Chad did that. The replacement was not all that expensive so he helped me place an order. I am completely satisfied in the response time, Chad's skill and the price of a new door. Thanks
