Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

He went about his responsibilities while at the same time, informed us of the condition of our 30 year old garage door. After a total explanation of the situation, Henry advised us of three options. Just used Precision to repair/replace a spring on my garage door. The spring broke last night around 6pm. After hours....ugh. Called Precision at around 7pmn and was surprised to find someone would be answering the call. Even more surprised when they said they could be a technician out this morning. With the spring broken it was very hard to open the door. The tech arrived on time this morning having called when he was on his way. Very nice guy. Explained some options. We talked them through and I chose the what I wanted to have done. The work was done quickly. Everything was left clean. The door now works great. Will turn to Precision in the future when I need anything related to our garage doors.
