My appointment was scheduled for 8a.m., on 12/16, for a broken tension bar spring. The installer, Jerry, called 20 minutes ahead of appointment, and arrived on time. He inspected all my equipment and showed me concerns, with old and potential defective parts. After giving me 3 different quote options, I chose my option, all the work was done in a professional manor. The final product was completed under 4 hours and I am overjoyed with the results. I recommend Precision Door Services and will be using them in the future.

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. He was sincere, knowledgeable and congenial, and somehow managed to schedule replacement of my door and installation of an automatic opener the very next day.
