I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. I needed a new seal on the bottom of my door and they came the same day I called but not only that they came prepared with new stripping and did the job right away. Chad was so polite and thorough. Thank you for your prompt service. I called late morning and had a repairman in site by 3 pm. The repairman, Jordan, was professional and courteous. He relocated some ladders and tools that were where he needed to be to perform repairs. He presented tree options for the repair. I chose to go with a complete overhaul of the mechanical components of the system. In less than two hours he had completed the repair/overhaul. Thanks for your prompt service and a job well done.

My garage door opener broke late in the evening. Upon calling Precision that evening I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!
