On a Saturday morning I discovered one of my garage door extension springs had broken and I was unable to raise the door manually. Contacted Precision Door and was happily surprised to get a same day appointment. Eddie, the tech, was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained my options and the costs associated with each. I elected to replace the old extension springs with a torsion spring setup. Eddie completed the conversion in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Door and would certainly call them again should the need arise.

Service response was within hours and the broken torsion spring was replaced. Rollers and other parts were also replaced as needed for my 16 year old door. I am very satisfied with the work performed and am confident that the problem I had and related problems will not happen again for many years. Thanks Eddie you did a great job.
