Contacted Precision thru Home Adviser. Response for service request was very quick and an appointment at my convenience was made for the next day. The technician, Eddie, that was dispatched was very personable, professional, an obviously knew his business. Eddie performed a safety check, identified my problem and repaired it quickly. He also provided some suggestions for my consideration for future maintenance. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Our door spring broke going into the holiday weekend. Jerry came out and did a full inspection on both of our doors. He gave us options for what needed to be repaired. We chose to have both doors serviced and he stayed late into Friday night. Eddie came and helped him and they did excellent work. The doors never sounded better. The service was excellent. We were very satisfied with their commitment and attitude. Thanks.

We are very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service, from the phone call to schedule service to the completion of the project. We learned about the company from an advertisement in the Value Pack mailing. The person who scheduled the service was very professional. Additionally, she was very understanding to our need to have the garage door fixed as quickly as possible. There were two technicians who arrived to do the service work. Jerry Eldreth did most of the talking. He took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of what the problem was as well as why it became a problem in the first place. His explanation of the options available to fix the problem were easy to understand. Upon completion of the project, Jerry explained everything that was done. Additionally, he made sure we fully understood how to operate the new equipment. Both service techs were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Called and was able to have an appointment within 24 hours. The two service people called to advise their arrive time and to let us know they would arrive a little later than original estimate. They analyzed the situation and provided options for repair. All parts were available in their vehicle. Totally repaired the opener and also reprogrammed our vehicle openers. Excellent service and highly recommend.

We got home from vacation and our garage door wouldn't open. Spring was broken. I opened a Valpak coupon mailer and there was a coupon for Precision Door. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. I received a detailed text showing me where the tech was in real time. It included the tech's photo and info about him. He and a partner in training arrived on time. They asked questions and provided several options. Fairly priced. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Eddie arrived with trainee Chad and they both were very courteous. They explained what they would do to identify problem and then explained what the problem was after identified. They spoke in language I could understand and presented options. The way they presented themselves inspired confidence in the company. I would use the company again and would recommend them.

My garage door cable snapped and not knowing who to contact for repairs, I Googled door repair ervices and noticed Precision had quite a few offered services with 24hr. call, so I put in a call around 1:00 and I was emailed a response within 1 hour about a service tech coming out between 3 & 5 the same day. He called around 4 saying he was running a little late, so I changed the appt. for the next day....They would be there at 8 and right at 8:00 the service tech was there. He inspected our door, explained 3 options for repairs and and by 9:15 he was done! I am highly recommending Pecision Door for any replacement/repair work that needs to be done. Very efficient, friendly and knowlegable. It doesn't get any better then this.

I called your company this morning, our system broke and had chains and cords hanging. We were at a loss. My husband did a Google search and found your company. We took a chance. We were to be seen the next day but when I said that I had to attend my best friend's funeral that day, you came out that afternoon! The two service men (Ed and Chad) were so nice, so professional and put in a whole new system immediately. When they finished, all I could say was wow!!!
