I looked on line for door spring replacement and the most information I got, was from Precision Door Service. Kenny Dyson was the installer. I received a text introducing him, with a photo, and some history, married with a little girl and a love for the Lord. I was so happy I chose this company. He had the work done in an hour, even replaced worn cables, bearings and pulleys. He showed me first how they were worn and how they affected the future cable wear if not replaced. When he came in for me to pay him, I showed him the photo of my friend Philip on his obit and what a wonderful battle he gave to live. He was told two years, and survived with humor and grace for eight. Told him I lost six friends in a year. He asked if he could pray for me and I told him I was also battling cancer and would welcome his prayer. How God blessed me that day. With a day that started out with despair and anxiety; how God can show us he is walking with us. Just as God pointed me to the right company to handle the job. I know I must trust him in my journey. Thank you for a fine young man who isn't shy about his faith, and not afraid, but willing to share it. His willingness helps others through the tough journey of life.

By far the best service I've ever had from a professional team. First the technician came in looked things over and went above and beyond to help us fix what our problems were. The technician took his time and was efficient with his work. He even cleaned up everything when he is done. The new garage openers are the BEST ever. They are the quietest. I have to check several times to make sure I opened and closed it. This is by far the best service we've ever had. The technician did everything he could to help with the cost of things as well. I will tell all of our friends and families and even people we don't know about how great of service this company and team are. Thank you again for such great service.

Called in the morning, appointment set up between 12 and 2. Tech arrived at 1. Reviewed our concerns with him. He checked all pieces and parts of the garage door and opener. He then went over everything with us. We chose to go with a new and quiet opener. Installation was completed the same day. Tech explained all the workings of the opener and programmed the Home Link in the car. Very processional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely call this company for your garage door and garage opener needs!

Monday before Christmas one of the springs broke. I tried to move the door but is was crooked in the tracks and I couldn’t move it. Thursday after Christmas I called Precision and they came the next morning. My house is 22 years old so the technician did a full inspection and showed me quite a few upgrades to consider for the repair. He gave me three cost options, good, better, best to get the door operating again. I chose the better(midrange cost) and he completed the job in under 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the response, the service, and the technician.

He explained what the issues were to my wife and I, laid out our options to us, and had everything back together and working in under 2 hrs. Called the day before Thanksgiving to get a broken torsion spring repaired. Kenny was sent on Black Friday morning to look at my door. He arrived exactly on time, performed his inspection and explained his findings. I then selected the level of repair (from band-aid to overhaul) and he went right to work on my door. Kenny was efficient, knowledgeable and very nice. When the work was completed he went over everything he replaced, offered maintenance tips and was on his way. I’m very pleased with the experience I had with Precision Door Service. No headaches, no phone tag and prompt efficient service. Everything was done as advertised and done well.
