Eddie showed up at the time promised. He quickly found the problem with my garage door and fixed it. So quick, he didn't have time to turn his truck off. He practiced all the COVID-19 safeguards that were mentioned on your phone call. Eddie didn't charge me anything to repair my garage door, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs repair or replacement of their garage door.

What started off to be a 'fix' of one of our garage doors turned out to be replacing both (believe me, they needed it), including the hardware to Precision's own heavy duty line. Chad L. was sent out to us for the fix & he turned into our consultative salesman...without the pressure. He spent a lot of time with us & wasn't in the least bit pushy; he was willing to work with us whatever we decided, whether it was to be a repair or not. Being on the tail end of winter, rather than ~2 weeks to wait it was closer to 4...but when Zack Y came out to do the installation, he was done with the work in the amount of time he said (4-6 hours). We love our new garage doors! They're attractive, have a better R-value than the original & the heavy duty hardware makes less work for the garage door openers, for sure. All in all, a great experience! I will most certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone....nice work, fellas!

I made an appointment at 11pm via online chat, and Ed Hesling showed up right on time the next day! He was very professional, maintaining social distance and wore a mask. Called Sat. 3/14/20, serviceman came Sun. morning 3/15/20 at 8 AM. Inspected what was wrong, a broken cable. Gave me 3 choices for quotes to fix it. Just to come to the house was a $59 fee. All total the price to replace the 2 cables, I only needed one and 2 pulleys which I really didn't need at all plus labor was $259. Way over priced but I let the Tech Zac do the repair. Good work but OVERPRICED. Had another price for $135 total but when Precision told me $59 plus parts and labor I figured it would have been the same or less. Will NEVER use them again due to HIGH PRICE.

My garage door spring snapped and broke. Called Precision on Monday morning and the tech was at my door in about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and gave me several options that suited me, prices were also reasonable , industry average and the tech (Jerry) was able to put in a discount too. Was very professional and courteous and completed the job efficiently and I had my garage operating smooth and as brand new.

Very pleased with the service. Kenny (technician) was on site within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very thorough in explaining his inspection/recommendations. After making the repair, Kenny wasn't satisfied with the balance of the door. He went as far as to replace the torsion spring that he just installed with a stiffer spring, even though the average customer wouldn't have known better. That's a technician with integrity!

We chose precision because of the five star rating when we googled garage door repair. We were given a two hour time window on the same day but were called within a half hour of our call by the technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes which was great.Kenny gave us clear descriptions of the process and immediately began the 25 point inspection. He then explained the many issues which showed that our original homebuilder had cut some corners on our garage door. He gave me clear options with costs as to what we could do and I approved my choice. I asked when this could be done and he replied he could do it immediately. We were thrilled with that and he began and explained everything when was done. All of the components used by precision were much higher quality then our original equipment including the fact that we have two springs rather than one as there’s a wide garage door. I found the cost reasonable, the service flawless and the rapid response a revelation. I recommend Precision without reservation.

That was a bad start to a morning being locked into my garage because of a broken spring. I did and online inquire into repair and Precision called me back within 5 minutes. I was given 3 options for repairs and I chose the one that would give me a life time warranty on parts. They made the repairs quickly and proficiently.
