Not entirely sure where I got the number from, but I called at noon and the service technician was at my house by 4. He explained what the issues were to my wife and I, laid out our options to us, and had everything back together and working in under 2 hrs. I was very impressed with the service and felt the price was reasonable. I am a very satisfied client and would feel comfy referring you to my friends and family!

Called the day before Thanksgiving to get a broken torsion spring repaired. Kenny was sent on Black Friday morning to look at my door. He arrived exactly on time, performed his inspection and explained his findings. I then selected the level of repair (from band-aid to overhaul) and he went right to work on my door. Kenny was efficient, knowledgeable and very nice. When the work was completed he went over everything he replaced, offered maintenance tips and was on his way. I’m very pleased with the experience I had with Precision Door Service. No headaches, no phone tag and prompt efficient service. Everything was done as advertised and done well.

He was courteous, personable, and described how he was going to proceed in preparing a quote based on his analysis of the problem and other safety checks. I was impressed with Eddie and Kevin's professionalism and ability to diagnose the problem with our garage door opener. They gave us three options from which to choose, but ultimately we found a good deal on a new Craftsman opener at the local Sears and went with that. In spite of the fact that we didn't ultimately use Precision to purchase or install a new opener, they were very nice about it. Eddie gave us his card in case we need to call them again, which we certainly will should the need arise.

The work has been scheduled, and so far, I am very pleased with their service.

Our garage door broke at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with a service tech for the very next morning. Eddie showed up right on time and was super friendly and polite. He did a complete inspection of our door, explained all the issues and then gave us three repair options. Expecting to have to go a few days with the door not working, we were blown away when Eddie told us he could install a new motor and replace the other necessary parts during this same visit as all the required parts were already in his truck. He did so and we had a workable garage door by noon. The door is now quiet and works so much better.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie Hesling. I originally just wanted to replace the backup battery in my Craftsman opener. However, I also pointed out to Eddie that the door was rattling, and while he was here the opener made a horrible grinding noise while opening. Eddie assured me that part of his job was to inspect the entire system. After he did, he showed me that the spring had been installed incorrectly last fall (by another company) and that the motor gears on my 5-year old opener were grinding. He gave me several options to choose from, but I elected to replace the entire opener and spring with some new parts on the door itself. I truly didn't realize how bad my door opener was until Eddie finished the install today. It is so quiet and smooth running. I am so pleased and feel confident that I have found an excellent company with incredible service and I will contract with them for additional work in the future. And by the way, Eddie is a lovely young man and really knows what he is about.
