We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

When my decades old garage door finally broke, I dreaded the repair process. However, just a few minutes of internet research was all it took to convince me that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company for the job! Despite calling in the evening hours, their friendly team was able to schedule a next day appointment. The receptionist took the time to understand the type of repair work required and clearly explained the process in detail. Kenny Dyson called me the next day well within the appointment window to explain that he was running behind on schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when he called again a short time later to let me know that he was on the way! While Kenny ultimately arrived on time, his professionalism in letting me know about a possible delay made me feel valued as a customer. After inspecting the garage door, he quickly gave me an acceptable quote and I was charged accordingly with no hidden fees. Kenny replaced all of the hardware on my existing door with lightning speed and precision. More importantly, he took the time afterwards to show me his work and ask if I had any questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their amazing team - - you won't be disappointed!

We had just bought a house with a Precision door opener. The garage door openers were not working. We called the company and they sent a technician out the next day and within 20 minutes it was fixed. The technician was friendly and efficient. Very good company to deal with.

Our garage door spring mechanism broke so we checked online. The reviews for Precision Door were what convinced us. I called and they had someone here that afternoon. Kenny was the technician and he did an awesome job. He was polite, knowledgeable and listed three prices, depending on what we wanted to have done. He did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. I would not hesitate to call Precision Door if we need anything in the future.

I was in the service business for 40 years ,as a manager & your rep. did an excellent job of representing your company. He explained what he wanted to repair & my options. When completed he showed the work for my approval. One of the most professional ,I have encountered in years. It is very difficult to find an employee of this caliber today.

Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service and we will continue to be repeat customers as needed!!

I am very pleased with the service your company has provided. You have a professional appearing informational website when I Googled garage door repairs. Your phone receptionist was professional and accommodating. Your service man arrived within the realm of expected hours. He was personable, professional, and maintained a social distance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago. Chad completed the repairs very well, my garage door has never gone up and down so smoothly, and I know I don't have to fear broken garage door return springs anytime soon. I am very pleased with the quality of your repairs, and the way that your repair persons conduct themselves. I would heartily recommend your firm to friends or relatives when the time comes for them to have essential repairs. Thank you very much for your time, efficiency, professionalism, and high degree of service. Also, you seem to have hired extremely qualified service personnel, who are real people, and can communicate in a professional and understandable way. I think Chad deserves a raise! Thanks again for being such an essential service, and I wish you all well in your future sales and servicing. Please be safe!

When I contacted precision door I was pleasantly surprised with a technician arriving the same day. I was very surprised when the replacement of the motor, springs, and rollers was completed on both doors the same day I made the initial call. Dennis did a fantastic job. He was efficient, courteous, organized, and very professional. It was a pleasure to have him do the work for us. We will definitely refer Precision Door Service to our friends, family, and neighbors.

Technician Dan Madison was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was on time and had every part available for any conceivable problem. He was so good and fast at rebuilding the garage door that it almost looked easy; which it definitely was not. His quick and accurate troubleshooting compelled me to dub him the “overhead door wizard”. Whatever you pay him probably isn’t enough. To sum up: Outstanding Job Well Done”!

I am delighted to say that as a first time customer, my expectations for repair and overall customer service were exceeded through your technician Dennis Gohn. He took the time to not only explain in detail various price packages offered as he helped us narrow down what would be best, but took the time to explain and guide us through aspects of our new garage that showed a level of customer service and care that is truly priceless.

Denny Gohn arrived at our home when he said he would and quickly diagnosed our problems. He recommended a few options and we chose to replace the entire system. Denny was professional and personable and we immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge of the company and the products. Denny is a great advocate of Precision Door. We will be recommending Denny and Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door repair or replacement. And we are looking forward to our installation .

Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

I called precision door service and within 2 hrs they had arrived . My old opener had stopped working completely . Denny Gohn was my technician and he gave me a quick and direct assessment . He gave me options and now we have by far the quietest belt drive opener . You can hardly hear it so smooth and what a professional job done by Denny. We are so impressed . He even paired my wife’s car to the opener for her . I got my spring system replaced also since it was the wrong size . Thanks Denny

Contacted Precision this morning - 2-25-21 around 8:30 AM to have broken door spring replaced .. given an appointment window of 1-3PM -- Dennis Gohn called me when he was 15 min. away and arrived just a few min. after 1PM .. Very respectful and knowledgeable of products and repair services .. quickly answered questions and concerns .. replaced the springs and hardware on the broken door and put together a package to replace both doors, all hardware, and openers .. he even provided a computer generated picture of what the new doors would like like .. made out job easy to decide what style door, color, and features we wanted .. new doors were ordered today .. very pleased that the cost of repairing my door was at "no cost" since we ordered new ones .. very happy so far with everything .. only thing that could be better is if the new doors were available sooner, but Covid restrictions have doors back ordered ..
