Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

I called precision door service and within 2 hrs they had arrived . My old opener had stopped working completely . Denny Gohn was my technician and he gave me a quick and direct assessment . He gave me options and now we have by far the quietest belt drive opener . You can hardly hear it so smooth and what a professional job done by Denny. We are so impressed . He even paired my wife’s car to the opener for her . I got my spring system replaced also since it was the wrong size . Thanks Denny

Contacted Precision this morning - 2-25-21 around 8:30 AM to have broken door spring replaced .. given an appointment window of 1-3PM -- Dennis Gohn called me when he was 15 min. away and arrived just a few min. after 1PM .. Very respectful and knowledgeable of products and repair services .. quickly answered questions and concerns .. replaced the springs and hardware on the broken door and put together a package to replace both doors, all hardware, and openers .. he even provided a computer generated picture of what the new doors would like like .. made out job easy to decide what style door, color, and features we wanted .. new doors were ordered today .. very pleased that the cost of repairing my door was at "no cost" since we ordered new ones .. very happy so far with everything .. only thing that could be better is if the new doors were available sooner, but Covid restrictions have doors back ordered ..

Do not go to precision, they are just money makers. I paid $60 for them to look at my door to tell me my cost to get it fixed. Lets just say it was outrageous. I called a few local companies who did the exact same job with the same repair parts for less than half the cost. DO NOT waste your money here

Thanks to Dan Madison our garage door is now working better than ever. He arrived within the timeline we were given over the phone. He called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full assessment of your door and parts. We wanted a new opener with all the new upgrades, keypad, and new spring to replace the old ones we had. He put on new rollers too. Works like a charm. He programmed the home link in our car for the new opener too. Very pleased that he had everything we needed on his truck so the job was completed in a couple of hours. Now have a 10 year warranty on the parts. Would highly recommend this company. Dan even put our pots and snow blower back in our garage for us. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. ????????

Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

I cannot say enough! I called Precision on Monday Morning, around 9. I explained my problem and was told that someone would be at my house between 1-3. Around 11 AM, I received a call from Jerry. He said his schedule was behind and told me he was going to be late. I think this is the first time that has happened before my scheduled time. It is Covid and I am working from home so not a problem. When he was leaving his last job before mine he called and said he was on his way.... after normal working hours. Jerry came, explained the problem and fixed it. Great customer service and a job well done! He replaced springs and rollers and some other things.

I found Precision online after trying to contact the company that had originally installed our door two times with no call back. The motor had been burned out during a storm and the technician gave us several choices of replacement products. After careful explanation of the pros and cons of each new motor, my husband and I decided on one and not too long after that we had a working garage door once again. I was very pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service we received.

Precision went above and beyond! They called within 10 minute of inquiring on their website and had a service tech (Denny) out the next business day! Denny was super polite and informative and gave us different options for fixing our garage door. We decided to replace the opener and the springs he had it switched out super fast and explained to us how everything worked! Also his boss saved him some time by picking up the new opener and dropping it off at our house while Denny installed the other parts. Thought that was pretty cool, you dont see that very often! Would definitely recommend!

Denny Gohn did a great job installing a new garage door opener, wall consoles, and keyless entry console. He took a look at the old one to see if he could salvage it (mind you I already had a new one so this wasn’t an upsell) and worked to still use the parts that were fine (i.e. chain). Very friendly guy, arrived in good time, and I would recommend this service.
