Despite calling in the evening hours, their friendly team was able to schedule a next day appointment. The receptionist took the time to understand the type of repair work required and clearly explained the process in detail. Kenny Dyson called me the next day well within the appointment window to explain that he was running behind on schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when he called again a short time later to let me know that he was on the way! While Kenny ultimately arrived on time, his professionalism in letting me know about a possible delay made me feel valued as a customer. After inspecting the garage door, he quickly gave me an acceptable quote and I was charged accordingly with no hidden fees. Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

Very pleased with the service. Kenny (technician) was on site within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very thorough in explaining his inspection/recommendations. After making the repair, Kenny wasn't satisfied with the balance of the door. He went as far as to replace the torsion spring that he just installed with a stiffer spring, even though the average customer wouldn't have known better. That's a technician with integrity!

We chose precision because of the five star rating when we googled garage door repair. We were given a two hour time window on the same day but were called within a half hour of our call by the technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes which was great.Kenny gave us clear descriptions of the process and immediately began the 25 point inspection. He then explained the many issues which showed that our original homebuilder had cut some corners on our garage door. He gave me clear options with costs as to what we could do and I approved my choice. I asked when this could be done and he replied he could do it immediately. We were thrilled with that and he began and explained everything when was done. All of the components used by precision were much higher quality then our original equipment including the fact that we have two springs rather than one as there’s a wide garage door. I found the cost reasonable, the service flawless and the rapid response a revelation. I recommend Precision without reservation.

I looked on line for door spring replacement and the most information I got, was from Precision Door Service. Kenny Dyson was the installer. I received a text introducing him, with a photo, and some history, married with a little girl and a love for the Lord. I was so happy I chose this company. He had the work done in an hour, even replaced worn cables, bearings and pulleys. He showed me first how they were worn and how they affected the future cable wear if not replaced. When he came in for me to pay him, I showed him the photo of my friend Philip on his obit and what a wonderful battle he gave to live. He was told two years, and survived with humor and grace for eight. Told him I lost six friends in a year. He asked if he could pray for me and I told him I was also battling cancer and would welcome his prayer. How God blessed me that day. With a day that started out with despair and anxiety; how God can show us he is walking with us. Just as God pointed me to the right company to handle the job. I know I must trust him in my journey. Thank you for a fine young man who isn't shy about his faith, and not afraid, but willing to share it. His willingness helps others through the tough journey of life.

By far the best service I've ever had from a professional team. First the technician came in looked things over and went above and beyond to help us fix what our problems were. The technician took his time and was efficient with his work. He even cleaned up everything when he is done. The new garage openers are the BEST ever. They are the quietest. Called the day before Thanksgiving to get a broken torsion spring repaired. Kenny was sent on Black Friday morning to look at my door.
