Discovered I had a broken door spring, so I gave Precision a call. Josh Finkbeiner was the tech who came out to my place to take a look at what I needed. Not only did he come out the same day, but he had everything needed to do the job in his truck already! This is an old door from back when JFK was in office, and it gave Josh a run for his money, keeping him here way later than he wanted to, but he finished the job with a smile. Excellent service, great work, and good people. Can't ask for more than that! I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully to get rid of this dinosaur of a door).

My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them.
