I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company. I was quoted $5000.00 to repair my garage door by Precision with half due before they could start any work. My door and equipment was not old! I felt like I was being scammed. I contacted the garage door company that installed the door and they quickly came to my home, assessed the situation, repaired the door, and charged only $517.00. The door is working perfectly.

Great reviews and local service. Service was great, he explained what was the reason for the spring breaking and the best solution. I felt good with his recommendation as we are planning to be here awhile. Work was completed in a timely fashion. I had 2 garage doors > 22years old. Needed to try and save some money, so technician replaced the openers but salvaged as much as possible to save some money. Was able to keep most hardware, but replaced all essential safety items. Was able to assess and install in one day, done by 6:00PM. THIS WAS GREAT FIX, COMPETITIVELY PRICED, and the technician updated me throughout explaining steps with attention to safety. Worth every penny and worth the time. Even with old parts and the original doors in place the new system is virtually SILENT. We now have to look to ensure the doors are shut, not because their broken, but because they are fixed and silent. Thanks

This morning my garage door opener developed a smoke condition when I went to closed the garage door. Made a computer appointment on Precision web site. The time frame that I picked and was confirmed. The technician contacted me. Josh Finkbeiner listened to what happened with the motor of the garage door opener. He gave me great customer service. A great job done and replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, lubricated the hinges and the door springs. Kept his work area in a clean state at all times. He was well organized. When he was finished with the service and installation. He give me a in service on the operation of the new door opener, the remotes and new outdoor key pad. He answered my questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door in the future for service or other garage door needs. A great company to deal with.

We had our old garage door replaced with a new, higher quality door along with a new torsion spring, belt drive opener, and remotes and key pad. The new door runs so smoothly and quietly and is a huge improvement. The work was done well and professionally. The reason I selected Precision Door was based on the advertising of a quiet door. The gears in my door motor had stripped and I needed repair. Service was scheduled in a timely fashion and the technician called approximately 2hrs. before the scheduled time. He showed up exactly on time. Following initial inspection, the Tech described in detail the failure mechanism and the reason for the failure. The Tech offered various solutions and adequately identified recommendations. The Tech completed repair within the expected timeframe. I have never heard a door that quiet. The Tech cleaned the area and fully explained the operation of the door and controlling units. This was a job well done.

I saw the ads on Tv about quick and friendly service and that’s exactly what i got. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday 12-2:00 appointment range. Tuesday at 11:20 Josh called me and said he could be there by 11:40 if that was ok. He pulled in at 11:40 and got started assessing my job at hand, made suggestions of different price ranges i could pick from to fix my door issues. He was quick, friendly and their prices are good as well. Door works great and much quieter than it was. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.

I had a quick response to get an appointment. My nephew referred me to you as a low cost good garage door company. He also had 1960 door. He had a low cost. I was given $1500 plus for 4 new straps.. The two straps were not needed but the finished job needed afew wheels and the job cost me $1500 plus anyway.. My nephew paid $400/ Joshua did good. I had to do WD40 to get a smooth roll, He informed me what he was doing well prompt and pleasant. Price too high

Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.
