Highly recommend! I loved being able to book online since our issue happened after hours. They had an appointment available the next day, and Josh arrived in the scheduled window. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, and I appreciate auto-text from company that included a picture of Josh so I knew who to expect. Josh did an excellent job, was very polite and personable. He was able to give us multiple choices for how to address our issue and completed the work that same day. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Precision. I scheduled online easily, our technician Josh was on time, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He replaced our garage door opener and it is SO quiet and efficient! He also was able to find a coupon for us to make the replacement a bit more affordable, which was wildly appreciated. We also really appreciated chatting with Josh just on a personal basis - we have lots of respect for him as a person and hard worker. Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.

I called to schedule a to ine up on Friday and they were able to come out on Saturday. Josh arrived on time and was were professional. He conducted a thorough review if opener. Sorry I couldn’t give you a 5 due to a few issues. I understand scheduling, but I feel the job should be completed before moving on to next. I had to clean up after he left, grease on floor & door. Maybe because I’m a bit fussy about my garage. Work performed was good & door functioning well. I did recommend you to my neighbor. Thanks

I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.

I had coupons for Precision plus my neighbor highly recommended Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door is old and hasnt been serviced in a LONG time. It finally snapped on Labor Day and Precision sent someone out next morning. Josh came out and was extremely professional. Did a safety inspection and gave gave me 2 options he felt were more viable for me. I chose and he had it all done within an hour. Simply amazing! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone needing any garage door or opener services.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Josh in July 2025 and were extremely pleased with the work done and the results. When I called Steven to schedule the appointment, he was extremely accommodating in getting us on the schedule immediately because the spring had broken and the door would not open. When Josh arrived, he did a thorough safety inspection, explained his findings and made suggestions for repairs and possible upgrades. Since we had intended to replace the noisy old chain drive opener anyway, we decided to upgrade now. What an amazing difference! Despite the heat and humidity, Josh worked hard to complete all repairs, install the new opener and explain the work he had done and operating instructions. 5-star!
