Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Well, I backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and bent the bottom of it badly and popped the rollers off the channel. Remembering that Precision had installed a new opener motor so I called for help. Within a couple of hours a technician, Chad, arrived and started fixing the problem. I asked for an estimate on replacing the door entirely and Chad did that. The replacement was not all that expensive so he helped me place an order. I am completely satisfied in the response time, Chad's skill and the price of a new door. Thanks

First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.

After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

I was having some problems with my remotes and happened to get a Valpak coupon in the mail. I called and they sent Jerry out and he did a wonderful job. I ended up replacing the motor but was able to deduct the $50 from the coupon. Jerry did a superb job, pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.
