We are very satisfied with our purchase of a new Clopay garage and door opener. This replaced a twenty three year old garage door/opener. Our sales man was Jeremy and besides being knowledgeable in your products, he outlined options with prices, which made our decision easier as well as efficient. The installer was Zach and he was very capable and efficient in both the demolition and installation. Once Zach was done he provided a great summary and review of things, as well as being able to answer all of our questions. I am “over the moon” with everything and am thrilled how quiet the door operates. Thanks Precision, Doug Penvose Mount Joy

I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.

Chose Precision because of the number of 5 star ratings. It’s now obvious why they score so well. Ryan arrived well within the time of the appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem. I was prepared for a complete replacement, turned out to just be the spring and rollers, that saved hundreds of dollars. Also, Ryan had all the parts to do the job at that time. Very satisfied, will use Precision again for any garage door work needed in the future.

The service technician, Jerry, was very thorough, polite and professional. He went above and beyond just taking care of my problem. He spoke with my son-in-law on the phone telling him what he found as well as explaining what should be done next. Since my son-in-law is a building contractor he said he will do the lubricating, etc., when he comes to my home this weekend as he does not live in the area. I will definitely be using Precision Garage Door Service for any future needs. And again, thank you, Jerry. Carol A. Flora

We called this morning and were given a window of 2-4pm for a technican to show up. Jerry arrived early, was very polite and explained our options. The price he gave us was reasonable and he was able to complete the work in a few hours. He cleaned up and hauled away the trash. I strongly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs.

Ryan completed the installation of our new garage door openers, springs, rollers, sensors and key pads. Ryan was meticulous, reviewed everything in detail of what he was going to replace and educated us on the reasons the recommendations were being made. He completed every detail and checked that everything was working before he left. I appreciated him taking the necessary time to make sure everything was done right and working properly.

Precision Door is a first class operation! I was having problems with my garage door remaining closed. I called Precision, they responded the same day, made the repair, and all was completed within 8 hours of my original call. Their technician, Brayden, was exceptional, quickly diagnosing the problem, had all the necessary repair parts on his truck, had the repair made within about an hour, and was perhaps the most personable tradesperson I have experienced. A++ Precision Door!

Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Jerry gave me multiple options with the features I was interested in and answered all of my questions. They promptly scheduled me back in when I noted I was having issues with the sensors in the sun. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The install was top notch and the technicians are professional.
