Ryan was meticulous, reviewed everything in detail of what he was going to replace and educated us on the reasons the recommendations were being made. I was pleased when I called and talked with Nick. He was very helpful and got me an appointment on the day I requested. Jerry Eldreth was our technician. Precision Door is a first class operation! I was having problems with my garage door remaining closed. Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.
