I am very satisfied with Precision Garage door service and how my new door has really dressed up my property. Precision was very quick to respond to me when i needed them a few weeks ago and the gentleman that came to my house and gave me an estimate was very professional. Everything was explained in great detail and i thought the price was very fair for the upper quality of door i was purchasing. Dan installed the door and from the moment he arrived at my residence was very informative and answered any of the questions i had. He is a very professional and personable young man. Overall, Precision has great service, professional people working for them and they go the extra mile for the customer. Don't hesitate to use Precison Garage door, they do quality work and have a great product.

I am so impressed with the quality of work we received today from this company! I selected them based on their awesome reviews and was not disappointed. From the first call this morning to schedule our service all the way to the end result, every encounter with Precision was spot on. Dan M. our technician was amazing. He was kind, on-time and professional. He did an amazing job replacing our worn out 35-year-old garage door opener and took the time to go over the functions of the new door and opener even though the job went into the evening. He enjoys his job and it shows! We have future needs for our garage doors and Precision will definitely be our choice for this work based on our experience with them.

We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service and we will continue to be repeat customers as needed!!

Technician Dan Madison was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was on time and had every part available for any conceivable problem. He was so good and fast at rebuilding the garage door that it almost looked easy; which it definitely was not. His quick and accurate troubleshooting compelled me to dub him the “overhead door wizard”. Whatever you pay him probably isn’t enough. To sum up: Outstanding Job Well Done”!

Do not go to precision, they are just money makers. I paid $60 for them to look at my door to tell me my cost to get it fixed. Lets just say it was outrageous. I called a few local companies who did the exact same job with the same repair parts for less than half the cost. DO NOT waste your money here

Thanks to Dan Madison our garage door is now working better than ever. He arrived within the timeline we were given over the phone. He called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full assessment of your door and parts. We wanted a new opener with all the new upgrades, keypad, and new spring to replace the old ones we had. He put on new rollers too. Works like a charm. He programmed the home link in our car for the new opener too. Very pleased that he had everything we needed on his truck so the job was completed in a couple of hours. Now have a 10 year warranty on the parts. Would highly recommend this company. Dan even put our pots and snow blower back in our garage for us. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. ????????

Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

I cannot say enough! I called Precision on Monday Morning, around 9. I explained my problem and was told that someone would be at my house between 1-3. Around 11 AM, I received a call from Jerry. He said his schedule was behind and told me he was going to be late. I think this is the first time that has happened before my scheduled time. It is Covid and I am working from home so not a problem. When he was leaving his last job before mine he called and said he was on his way.... after normal working hours. Jerry came, explained the problem and fixed it. Great customer service and a job well done! He replaced springs and rollers and some other things.

I found Precision online after trying to contact the company that had originally installed our door two times with no call back. The motor had been burned out during a storm and the technician gave us several choices of replacement products. After careful explanation of the pros and cons of each new motor, my husband and I decided on one and not too long after that we had a working garage door once again. I was very pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service we received.
