I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. I called Precision Door to ask about a possible check-up on our old garage doors (which had never been serviced). Imagine my surprise when Jennifer told me that Kenny would be able to come between 2 and 5 the same day. Kenny went above and beyond in his service. He evaluated the current garage doors, told us of both good and potential features of the existing package, and offered three options - all without any "hard sell" tactics. We chose one of the options and he worked to complete the job within three hours. He even helped us make sure our cars opened the new doors before he left. Precision Door Service is "a name you can trust." We'd highly recommend them for any needs you have.

I am very satisfied with Precision Garage door service and how my new door has really dressed up my property. Precision was very quick to respond to me when i needed them a few weeks ago and the gentleman that came to my house and gave me an estimate was very professional. Everything was explained in great detail and i thought the price was very fair for the upper quality of door i was purchasing. Dan installed the door and from the moment he arrived at my residence was very informative and answered any of the questions i had. He is a very professional and personable young man. Overall, Precision has great service, professional people working for them and they go the extra mile for the customer. I am so impressed with the quality of work we received today from this company! I selected them based on their awesome reviews and was not disappointed. From the first call this morning to schedule our service all the way to the end result, every encounter with Precision was spot on. Dan M. our technician was amazing. He was kind, on-time and professional. He did an amazing job replacing our worn out 35-year-old garage door opener and took the time to go over the functions of the new door and opener even though the job went into the evening. He enjoys his job and it shows! We have future needs for our garage doors and Precision will definitely be our choice for this work based on our experience with them.

We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service and we will continue to be repeat customers as needed!!

Technician Dan Madison was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was on time and had every part available for any conceivable problem. He was so good and fast at rebuilding the garage door that it almost looked easy; which it definitely was not. Kenny Dyson did a great job today! He provided his assessment, gave several options, and made his recommendations. We ended up going with a rebuild for our garage door. Kenny did all the work in well under 2 hours and everything is operating like a charm. We are very pleased with the service and will certainly use Precision again.
