Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns.
