When our 20 year old garage door opener suddenly stopped working, I contacted Precision Garage Door. Their online appointment booking could not have been easier, and I had a late morning appointment that same day! Jerry, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed how the motor was completely burned out and explained why. He installed a new motor, keypad, wall switch, and rollers, and we received 2 remotes- we were up & running in less than 2 hours. Jerry explained how to program the keypad and even programmed my car’s Homelink. We were very happy with his service and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage to friends & neighbors

We had our old garage door replaced with a new, higher quality door along with a new torsion spring, belt drive opener, and remotes and key pad. The new door runs so smoothly and quietly and is a huge improvement. The work was done well and professionally. Our garage doors were becoming less and less efficient. I called Precision because they service the type of garage door openers that we have. My technician, Blake Fischer came a few hours after my call. He thoroughly explained every detail of our garage doors, and why they had broken down over the 19 years and were working so inefficiently. He gave me a very fair price, and I decided to replace all the components and the unit motors for both of my garages. I was astounded by how quiet and smooth everything operated when he finished. I don’t think I could be any happier with the work and Precision garage door service!

The reason I selected Precision Door was based on the advertising of a quiet door. The gears in my door motor had stripped and I needed repair. Service was scheduled in a timely fashion and the technician called approximately 2hrs. before the scheduled time. He showed up exactly on time. Following initial inspection, the Tech described in detail the failure mechanism and the reason for the failure. The Tech offered various solutions and adequately identified recommendations. The Tech completed repair within the expected timeframe. I have never heard a door that quiet. The Tech cleaned the area and fully explained the operation of the door and controlling units. This was a job well done.

I saw the ads on Tv about quick and friendly service and that’s exactly what i got. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday 12-2:00 appointment range. Tuesday at 11:20 Josh called me and said he could be there by 11:40 if that was ok. He pulled in at 11:40 and got started assessing my job at hand, made suggestions of different price ranges i could pick from to fix my door issues. He was quick, friendly and their prices are good as well. Door works great and much quieter than it was. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to my situation without even being assured that I would use your company due to having a warranty on my home. However, Steven was attentive to my explanation, and sent a technician out to check on the needed repair. Jerry, the technician, was professional, experienced and explained everything completely. He wound up doing the job in slightly less than an hour even though he had spent twice that amount of time to describe the repair, the options and helped me discuss it with the warranty company. He was amazing to deal with as was the office staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision! Most times having a problem involves stress and negative experience. We are very satisfied with our purchase of a new Clopay garage and door opener. This replaced a twenty three year old garage door/opener. Our sales man was Jeremy and besides being knowledgeable in your products, he outlined options with prices, which made our decision easier as well as efficient. The installer was Zach and he was very capable and efficient in both the demolition and installation. Once Zach was done he provided a great summary and review of things, as well as being able to answer all of our questions. I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.
