Very pleased with the service. Kenny (technician) was on site within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very thorough in explaining his inspection/recommendations. After making the repair, Kenny wasn't satisfied with the balance of the door. He went as far as to replace the torsion spring that he just installed with a stiffer spring, even though the average customer wouldn't have known better. That's a technician with integrity!

I looked on line for door spring replacement and the most information I got, was from Precision Door Service. Kenny Dyson was the installer. I received a text introducing him, with a photo, and some history, married with a little girl and a love for the Lord. I was so happy I chose this company. He had the work done in an hour, even replaced worn cables, bearings and pulleys. He showed me first how they were worn and how they affected the future cable wear if not replaced. When he came in for me to pay him, I showed him the photo of my friend Philip on his obit and what a wonderful battle he gave to live. He was told two years, and survived with humor and grace for eight. Told him I lost six friends in a year. He asked if he could pray for me and I told him I was also battling cancer and would welcome his prayer. How God blessed me that day. With a day that started out with despair and anxiety; how God can show us he is walking with us. Just as God pointed me to the right company to handle the job. I know I must trust him in my journey. Thank you for a fine young man who isn't shy about his faith, and not afraid, but willing to share it. His willingness helps others through the tough journey of life.

Scheduled same day service. Serviceman called to ask if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled. Very professional and personable. He looked the job over and explained everything and options to fix. Then went to work and door now works perfectly. Very happy with work.

Even with the discount still very pricey. $750 for two springs. Good news is there's a warranty on those. Excellent communication (like, set the bar high) throughout the entire process. Professional installation and service.

Called the day before Thanksgiving to get a broken torsion spring repaired. Kenny was sent on Black Friday morning to look at my door. He arrived exactly on time, performed his inspection and explained his findings. I then selected the level of repair (from band-aid to overhaul) and he went right to work on my door. Kenny was efficient, knowledgeable and very nice. When the work was completed he went over everything he replaced, offered maintenance tips and was on his way. I’m very pleased with the experience I had with Precision Door Service. No headaches, no phone tag and prompt efficient service. Everything was done as advertised and done well.

Jerry Eldreth diagnosed the trouble with my 17yr old garage door. It was limping along after all those years without service. In a matter of a few hours, Jerry installed a new motor and converted the drive from chain to belt with a tension coil operating system. Thorough and professional describe the service and customer-first approach. 5 star

Opener was not functional, and when I googled for repairs, you promised one day service. Mr. Eldreth checked it out and gave us plenty of information, which ultimately led to our decision to replace it. Eddie arrived with trainee Chad and they both were very courteous. They explained what they would do to identify problem and then explained what the problem was after identified. They spoke in language I could understand and presented options. The way they presented themselves inspired confidence in the company. I would use the company again and would recommend them.

I was very happy with the service from Steven who installed my new garage door He came as scheduled even though we were having a snow storm. He was courteous even asked if I needed help removing the snow from my driveway. That is a courtesy I certainly didn't expect. I not only recommend Precision Door to everyone, I will use them for any future needs for myself.

Eddie came out and did the job in an amazing amount of time. The garage door looks wonderful repaired. It also is working better than ever!! And we will call when we want the garage door opener installed in the future. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision or Eddie.
