I have had Precisions Door work on my garage door three times now and have found the service techs very good and informative. The most recent service included adding all new motors and accessories. Ryan was very personable and did a great job explaining all the options. The work he did was excellent and after he was finished, he went over everything with me. Very professional young man. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.

I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!

This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. A person answered the phone, made the service appointment and they were there when they said they would be. On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.
