We needed to change our keypad number. Ryan Dugan performed the procedure and calibrated the main opener, keypad and remote car openers. We are very pleased with his service call. On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

Had Blake out on a Saturday to tune up our new house garage doors. He was able to replace springs and rollers for me as well as point out items on a third non-motorized door to keep an eye on for future repairs. 10/10 would recommend!

Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

My garage door would not operate. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 4 and 6. At exactly 5 o’clock the nicest guy showed up, got out of the truck, diagnosed my door problems and had it smoothly working again in a little over an hour. He was one of the most cordial techs I have encountered. All I can say is that if every company in America ran as well as Precision seems to, this country’s issues would be cured.
