Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Starting with the ease to schedule the appointment (next day), the communication on the technicians estimated arrival time to the courteous and very professional technicians. Shout out to both Jerry and Dante--they were both exceptional!

Very professional and responsive service provided by Jerry and his helper. Their inspection identified additional work (cable and hinge replacement) beyond broken spring repair that definitely needed to be done. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Precision is our new garage door company going forward.

I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!

This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. A person answered the phone, made the service appointment and they were there when they said they would be. We had a very old garage door system which needed replaced and the technician, Josh, was very nice and did a great job and explained everything to us. And, an added bonus was that we got a military discount. Thank you.

My technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand and visually showed me any concerns. I like the fact that there were 3 options of service for me to consider. Although I chose the least expensive, I am definitely considering further repairs down the road with Precision Door. I highly recommend this company.

On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

They came out the very next day and had everything fixed in an hour. I don’t like the salesman pitch and I did not receive that. I told him my scenario, what I wanted and he showed me all the options. Would highly recommend.

The stellar recommendations I read online before contacting Precision were all true. From booking the appointment through the final touches of addressing our problem, everyone was professional and helpful. Benji did a terrific job in evaluating our issue and gave us several good options on what we could do - short-, medium-, and long-term. We made a decision and Benji immediately got to work. He had all the equipment and tools necessary to complete the job in just a few hours. Terrific service! We will definitely recommend Precision to others. Thank you!

Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.
