Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh, son Elijah, as well as his four dogs and five cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. We are very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service, from the phone call to schedule service to the completion of the project. We learned about the company from an advertisement in the Value Pack mailing. The person who scheduled the service was very professional. Additionally, she was very understanding to our need to have the garage door fixed as quickly as possible. There were two technicians who arrived to do the service work. Jerry Eldreth did most of the talking. He took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of what the problem was as well as why it became a problem in the first place. His explanation of the options available to fix the problem were easy to understand. Upon completion of the project, Jerry explained everything that was done. Additionally, he made sure we fully understood how to operate the new equipment. Both service techs were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Called and was able to have an appointment within 24 hours. The two service people called to advise their arrive time and to let us know they would arrive a little later than original estimate. They analyzed the situation and provided options for repair. All parts were available in their vehicle. Totally repaired the opener and also reprogrammed our vehicle openers. Excellent service and highly recommend.
