We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working.
