This is a great Compay to deal with, and very reasonable pricing and outstanding warranties. My technician, Dante Santana, was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my 25 year old garage door openers, an outdated spring system and worn door rollers. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions which would benefit me in the long run. We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working. He also did a quick tune-up with the doors to assure everything was working and aligned properly. And, he was a very nice young man! Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!!!
