This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. I can’t say enough good things about Precision Garage Door Service. One of the torsion springs broke on my garage door so I called Precision.
