I had a wonderful experience. They came out at a time that worked for my schedule. The technician (Dalton) was pleasant, professional and very knowlegable. He told me to go inside and relax and he will knock on the door when the problem is resolved. He then explained what was causing the issue and what he did to resolve it and what I can do to keep my door lubricated in the future. Because I was a repeat customer, I was given a huge discount on the labor cost.

My garage door was having a problem: it would not stay closed. I could not solve the problem, so I called Precision Door. They scheduled a service call for the next day. I was contacted by a service technician the next day, who identified himself and gave me the time when he would be there. About an hour before he arrived, he sent a picture of himself, and a link to a Web page which showed his position as he traveled to my home. Upon arrival, he immediately began working on the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I appreciated his professional attitude and technical expertise.

Dalton was pleasant and polite. I was amazed how he did everything by himself. Especially when on the stepladder, balancing motor on his shoulders and attaching the pieces to the ceiling. My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. I had a broken spring and felt like I would have been smacked in the face if I tried to fix it myself. I call Precision - these guys are great based on the following. 1) Time to book appointment and availability of appointment was easy and quick. 2) Update from technician who came early was appreciated. 3) Dalton the technician explained everything well and gave me quick fix or full fix options.
