Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

I cannot say enough! I called Precision on Monday Morning, around 9. I explained my problem and was told that someone would be at my house between 1-3. Around 11 AM, I received a call from Jerry. He said his schedule was behind and told me he was going to be late. I think this is the first time that has happened before my scheduled time. It is Covid and I am working from home so not a problem. When he was leaving his last job before mine he called and said he was on his way.... after normal working hours. Jerry came, explained the problem and fixed it. Great customer service and a job well done! He replaced springs and rollers and some other things.

I found Precision online after trying to contact the company that had originally installed our door two times with no call back. The motor had been burned out during a storm and the technician gave us several choices of replacement products. After careful explanation of the pros and cons of each new motor, my husband and I decided on one and not too long after that we had a working garage door once again. I was very pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service we received.

We called Precision after viewing their website. Customer service set up an immediate appointment that suit our time frame. Upon arrival, Service Tech Dan Madison carefully listened to our concern. After a very detailed safety inspection, the problems were identified. Dan reviewed several options to correct the repair. The service was performed immediately. Very professional and courteous. I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

Choose Precision Garage Door Service because it was local, and my garage door wouldn’t open. Dan arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made a quick inspection, told me what needed to be repaired, and offered a few maintenance items that might be appropriate. I agreed with his recommendations. Dan made the repairs, and the door was working in short order. When trying to use my remote after he left, the door wouldn’t open. I called Dan and he immediately came back to make sure that the remotes were working properly before he left. I would recommend Dan and Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone. Very good to work with. Did not push to get new door from them, just designed the door we wanted at a good price. My door spring had broken 2 days before he came and fixed it on the spot before he left. As we have a special needs child and through the garage is the quickest way out of house. Thanks very much.

What started off to be a 'fix' of one of our garage doors turned out to be replacing both (believe me, they needed it), including the hardware to Precision's own heavy duty line. Chad L. was sent out to us for the fix & he turned into our consultative salesman...without the pressure. He spent a lot of time with us & wasn't in the least bit pushy; he was willing to work with us whatever we decided, whether it was to be a repair or not. Being on the tail end of winter, rather than ~2 weeks to wait it was closer to 4...but when Zack Y came out to do the installation, he was done with the work in the amount of time he said (4-6 hours). We love our new garage doors! They're attractive, have a better R-value than the original & the heavy duty hardware makes less work for the garage door openers, for sure. All in all, a great experience! I will most certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone....nice work, fellas!

Very pleased with the service. Kenny (technician) was on site within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very thorough in explaining his inspection/recommendations. After making the repair, Kenny wasn't satisfied with the balance of the door. He went as far as to replace the torsion spring that he just installed with a stiffer spring, even though the average customer wouldn't have known better. That's a technician with integrity!

I looked on line for door spring replacement and the most information I got, was from Precision Door Service. Kenny Dyson was the installer. I received a text introducing him, with a photo, and some history, married with a little girl and a love for the Lord. I was so happy I chose this company. He had the work done in an hour, even replaced worn cables, bearings and pulleys. He showed me first how they were worn and how they affected the future cable wear if not replaced. When he came in for me to pay him, I showed him the photo of my friend Philip on his obit and what a wonderful battle he gave to live. He was told two years, and survived with humor and grace for eight. Told him I lost six friends in a year. He asked if he could pray for me and I told him I was also battling cancer and would welcome his prayer. How God blessed me that day. With a day that started out with despair and anxiety; how God can show us he is walking with us. Just as God pointed me to the right company to handle the job. I know I must trust him in my journey. Thank you for a fine young man who isn't shy about his faith, and not afraid, but willing to share it. His willingness helps others through the tough journey of life.
