After contacting your company and describing my problem, I scheduled a service technician to come and assess the best solution. Kenny Dyson arrived within the scheduled time and presented several options to fix my problem. He completed the installation work in an hour to my satisfaction.

Our Rep was excellent . He found the problem almost immediately and managed to get our door closed. He arranged for the new panel to be ordered as well as a new garage door opener. We are hoping to get this repair work and new installation done as quick as possible.

We needed our garage door repaired quickly. Precision had a repairman out in two hours. Kenny the repairman explained our options and did a great job fixing the problem. Unbelievably, shortly after Kenny left, the second garage door broke. He was able to return and fix this problem as well. Amazing service and knowledgeable serviceman.

Received prompt service call from Jerry within 30 minutes of scheduling my appointment. He was even better than you commercials on TV! He diagnosed the issues. Discussed options with me. Even sent a direct link to my wife so she could select a new door style! For me, this was one of my best customer service experience!

Super, very professional job repairing my garage door, and all done in a relatively short time! I am so pleased with the work done that I hope to have a new system installed on my second garage, provided the world regains some of it’s senses… highly recommend this business!

Kenny Dyson did a great job today! He provided his assessment, gave several options, and made his recommendations. We ended up going with a rebuild for our garage door. Kenny did all the work in well under 2 hours and everything is operating like a charm. We are very pleased with the service and will certainly use Precision again. If we decide to get a new door down the road, Precision will be the company we call. Thanks to Kenny for doing a great job! Dan Bryan

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks to Kenny and all of Precision personnel.

Your Tech, Chad Lahue, arrived early - He had called to ask if this would be OK. He was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. This got me a working door enabling Chad to get home in time to enjoy dinner with his family. I’m very pleased with the job he did.

Been a customer since spring 2020, have only great things to say about this company. From a 33 yr garage door opener & springs replacement to a recent issue with my door seal, Precision has been timely, informative, effective, and economical costwise, in my experience. They offer promotions, discounts, and very understandable information about your garage door system for those of us not too mechanically or home improvement inclined. Recommended confidently for your garage door system needs here in the greater central PA region!

We had a tremendously good experience with Jerry Eldreth. He went through every detail of what needed done along with pricing the options for us. At no time did we feel pressured. He completed the work we needed on the same day and reviewed thoroughly everything with us. I would recommend him and your company to anybody.

From start to finish, the Precision team was kind, professional, impressive in their communication, respectful, and helpful. From day 1, Eddie patiently discussed our options and provided tools for us to make an informed decision. He was unhurried and low pressure, presenting our options over several meetings. On the day of install, Rick arrived right on time, communicated effectively, and worked tirelessly to finish the install in one day, giving me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was personable, professional and hard working. The finished product looks beautiful, works like a charm, and is a solid, high-quality product. I highly recommend the Precision team.

We would like to submit a review on one of your technicians, Jerry Eldreth, who did a recent service call for us at our home. We found him to be extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and well spoken. He was a great representative of your company. He was also very patient, never rushed us and answered all of our questions. You would think he would be a valued member of your organization for sure. Thank you.

I called Precision Door to ask about a possible check-up on our old garage doors (which had never been serviced). Imagine my surprise when Jennifer told me that Kenny would be able to come between 2 and 5 the same day. Kenny went above and beyond in his service. He evaluated the current garage doors, told us of both good and potential features of the existing package, and offered three options - all without any "hard sell" tactics. We chose one of the options and he worked to complete the job within three hours. He even helped us make sure our cars opened the new doors before he left. Precision Door Service is "a name you can trust." We'd highly recommend them for any needs you have.
