Our experience today was great! Justin came out not even hour after I made contact with the company. Justin was very friendly and he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge. I had a great experience with Precision. They came to my house to fix my garage door within a day when the company I have been working with for 25 years told me they couldn't come to replace the springs for 9 days. I liked that Kenny gave me 3 options for repairs & replace the motor due to it's age. Kenny also was kind enough to put my mom's car back in our garage due to it raining hard when he was finished. My garage door spring snapped on a Sunday, by using the online chat I was able to set up an appointment for Monday. The tech arrived early, showed me other potential problems (21-year-old door). I took the overhaul my door plan and the tech had my door operating in under 30 minutes. Great job.

I called early afternoon in regards to a garage door opener repair/ replacement. Nick said that he would send a tech out later that same day. At 3 PM Kenny arrived. After listening to me describe the problem and performing his own inspection, I was presented with several options that I could choose from to proceed. Let alone I was shocked at the quick initial response, Kenny had my new opener installed within the hour. Very professional. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Kudos to you!

My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. Kenny came and gave me options for repairing my door........... and in not much more than an hour I was all fixed up!!!!! He answered all of my questions and was not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind and pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service in Lancaster!

Kenny Dyson did a good job diagnosing our problem, but considering he only had to tape a broken wire to detect and repair the problem, which took a half hour max, $109 labor seems a bit excessive. But the problem is fixed for now, so thank you.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Henry Storm was very thorough and very professional in outlining the problems and different repair options available. He was also very patient in answering my questions necessary to make the best decision possible. I appreciated the response time (early Monday service after a Saturday phone call). I do have one question/concern about the ultimate invoice price: Henry basically gave me 2 options--just a "straightforward" repair basically replacing our broken/obsolete parts for $635 OR a new torsion system for which he quoted me $745 (plus the cost of the torsion bar/spring??). However, the invoice I received shows a base cost for the new system at $795 (plus $100 for the part). Was I incorrectly quoted or incorrectly billed. My concern is that I made the ultimate decision based on the 2 quotes. I may have made the same decision even at the higher quote, but still feel that I did not have the proper information in hand to make the best-informed decision. The staff was very professional.He was very clear in the information I needed so I can make the decision I needed to make. All the mechanical parts and motor were replaced. The work was done in a very short period. The doors are working great and go up and down with very little noise. If you want it done right get Precision to do it.

Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power.
