Very professional. Justin arrived right on time, extremely courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Replaced old door opener motor & wall pad and outside keypad with one I supplied, removed old fashioned springs with a completely new torsion spring system in short order. Explained everything along the way. Happily answered all my questions. Very highly recommended as a technician and Precision Doors as a company! A+++

Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!

Purchased a home where the previous owner was a spend thrift. Today a spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision because a few of the neighbors have used this company. I was completely satisfied with the service. I called after 12pm they were at my door by 4pm. Bye 6pm my door was working the springs were replaced with new ones and I opted for a new seal on the bottom as well the old one was very worn. Also I need to mention Justin he was such a nice person to work with and he completely explained everything in detail. I also changed my mind from just the springs to the springs and the seal he didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely use Precision for all my future garage door need’s, hopefully not but if need I’d call them again.
