I called there company & got a live person on the phone & explained the problem I was having with my garage door-a part on my garage door broke the night before & my door wasn't opening. The person on the other end of the phone noted my information & took my address & then offered me a same day appointment that afternoon!!! He explained the service fee & that the technican would call me before any work was done to approve it & the cost & that he would call me before he got to my house. The technican was there when he was expected to be & after speaking with my husband he did the repairs as needed & fixed the door. I also received an email of the repairs done & the payment. Everything was great!!

I went with precision garage door service because I've heard the name before unlike some of the other companies that were listed. The technician was right on time was very helpful explaining what was going on with my garage door. He gave me the best package for my situation.
