Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

I selected your Company by researching online and looking at Reviews. As I told your technician, I was very impressed with the easiness of scheduling an appointment online and the availability of the appointments (next day service). Our garage door was completely down, wouldn't go up, Torsion Spring broke in half. Our technician was Justin. He was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He inspected all working parts of the operation of the door and gave us several options in repairing and replacing other parts that showed wear. We decided to take last option, which pretty much replaced all working parts of the door and is very quiet when in operation. Before, all the neighbors on our street knew when we were leaving home. lol

I haven't used a Garage Door repair service before and came across Precision online. From the scheduling process, appointment confirmations, work being done, etc. - the entire experience was outstanding. I was pleased that someone was able to come out the same day to repair my garage door. I was notified by the technician of his arrival time while he was in transit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I opted to have everything replaced, springs rollers, pulleys, cables, etc. The repair took just a little over an hour and I was back in business. The door is quieter than it has ever been. I am very satisfied.

This was the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first time was a couple of years ago for two door openers. This time was because one of my doors was very noisy and shaking a lot. Dakota came and looked at it and gave me two options. I opted for the rebuild of the door. He finished in about and hour and the door sounds quieter than when it was installed 27 years ago. Your rep was very helpful, unfortunately, he could not find a remote that was compatible with my existing opener since it was installed in 1992. He did go over some options if I decided to purchase a new system. All I really need at this time is 2 new remotes, since I only have one and I am not really having problems with my garage door opener itself. I will wait and see if I decide to purchase a whole new system.

Google rating 5 stars. Called for replacement of springs. Had all parts replaced. Tech was very professional and pleasant to communicate with. Gentleman did an outstanding job. Very efficient . Service tech installed springs, then determined they were too heavy. Installed springs allegedly equivalent to existing springs. I was told these were the wrong springs for this door. These springs have been operational for 10 years. Installed 3rd set of springs and he seemed satisfied that the were correct. He didn't test these with the opener much but things seem to work. Corwell installed our doors and I had them do other work. They seemed knowledgeable and efficient and I would probably call them.

To begin, there was excellent communication prior to the actual delivery of repair services. I wish to recognize Salena (?) with whom I corresponded via the online chat system. Salena provided me with excellent preliminary information and then promptly scheduled the service call. Later that day, Kenny called to indicate that he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that suited me... it did. Kenny arrived approximately one hour ahead of the original schedule and was courteous and professional from the beginning. He began by completing a safety check in which he identified frayed cables. I did not jump at the opportunity to replace those cables. It was important to me that Kenny described the problem but did not over-sell the need to replace them (he did point out the safety concern). After a few minutes of independent thought, I returned to garage and asked Kenny to add the cable replacement to the service call. Kenny installed two new springs and new cables in a short period of time. He also reset the limits on my garage door opener. When he notified me that the work was done, everything was working just as it should! I am very impressed with Kenny's skill and efficiency and perhaps even more impressed with his facts-only, low pressure sales approach regarding the cables. I could not be happier with the result of just one phone call and one very efficient and effective service call. Nice work!
