Precision Garage Door was recommended by a friend. I had previously used another company for the exact same repair. Justin, of Precision Garage Door, was very knowledgeable and even more personable. I was very pleased with the service and the overall experience. I will be using Precision for all our future garage door needs.

Excellent service. From the first contact at the call center (Nick) to the completed job (Justin) I could not have asked for a better experience. Both employees were courteous, knowledgeable and did what needed to be done in a timely manner.

I found your internet ad. Your service man Justin was at our house the next day. He was excellent; explained everything, had everything needed to replace our door opener and hardware with him and quickly did our repair and was gone within a couple of hours. Great job!

I went with precision garage door service because I've heard the name before unlike some of the other companies that were listed. The technician was right on time was very helpful explaining what was going on with my garage door. He gave me the best package for my situation. I was a little surprised that itnwas completely affordable. He was very professional but also really cool. After he completed the job we had a couple laughs and my dog fell in love with him.

Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. He did an excellent job and met all our expectations of great service! We would highly recommend Justin and Precision Door Service.

I had used your company a number of years ago at a previous home so when I needed service at my current home I remembered the great service from before and called Precision again. The technician, Jerry Eldreth, knew his business. I wanted maintenance performed on my doors. He explained everything and answered my questions. Once again I learned a thing or two. If needed I will always call Precision for service or installation and will definitely refer you to others.

I have seen the advertisements and when we had a door problem yours was the first to come to mind. The rapid response was greatly appreciated. Henry was great in resolving the problem and he was nice and courteous. Converted to a more modern opening system with replacement of rollers, springs and cables. Another truly satisfied customer from York Pa.

Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. Chad Lahue came out that afternoon. Chad performed a complete assessment, explained everything clearly and provided repair options. Complete overhaul of garage door (springs, bearings, cables) was done in about 90 minutes. Professional and courteous. No pressure sales. Lifetime warranty. One of the best home repair experiences ever. Will definitely recommend Chad Lahue and the staff at Precision for all your garage door needs.

My call today resulted in same day service. Quick response that is almost unheard of in customer service today. Several years ago Precision Door Service installed a new motor for the existing garage door and today they did a tune up. The technician, Henry Storm, was the 5 star rating! Polite, friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of service or replacement of your existing system.

It’s just a follow up visit to an installation of a new door in December. At six months a company policy is to come and check the door and lubricate all the important parts. I have been satisfied with the friendly and efficient service on both visits.

Very professional. Justin arrived right on time, extremely courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Replaced old door opener motor & wall pad and outside keypad with one I supplied, removed old fashioned springs with a completely new torsion spring system in short order. Explained everything along the way. Happily answered all my questions. Very highly recommended as a technician and Precision Doors as a company! A+++

Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair/replacement. This company has your back with their extended free of charge warranty and a hotline available to call if any problems were to arise.
