I must say that Justin was so pleasant,knowledgeable and very professional. He went over everything about my garage door he checked my garage door opener and he told detail to detail about what he was going to do and all other things about my garage door. I am so grateful for someone of his integrity to do the work for me. GREAT JOB DONE. If all your Techs are like Justin I recommend this company. Thanks soooo much SGB

I can’t say enough about your staff and the level of customer service they provided after installation. I would have appreciated more interaction with the person who ordered our custom door. Once I sent what I was interested in, they ordered the door, but unfortunately since they never reviewed the order with me prior to ordering it. The windows I wanted were on the wrong side, which I could live with but because of the mistake it caused issues with the opener and required additional visits. Again, the original service staff and the installers were top notch and did everything they could to make things right.

I'm so happy I called Precision, they came out and evaluated the garage door and gave us three different options. Our repair person, Justin was very straight forward and gave us a good estimate. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them if you are experiencing garage door issues.

A cable on my garage door was broken, so I could not open it. The repairman showed me that there were also other issues that needed addressed, so he also installed new rails. It now works very smoothly.

I was scheduled for a service call very quickly. Zach the service technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed in less than an hour. He also inspected the door and explained every item with me. Very good visit overall until…….after he left I looked the parts up online. Precision charged $200 for the parts and they are available on Amazon for $17. Total gouging by this company. I understand they have to make some money off the parts but that’s a little ridiculous.

Got in touch with Precision at 7:30pm one evening as one of our garage door openers died. They came out 8:45am the very next morning! Very impressed with the service technician Nia. He explained everything clearly, was very thorough/knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had one garage door opener replaced and a major service done on another. The "Precision" brand name opener is impressive and is hands down the best opener I have ever had. It is whisper quiet and operates smooth like butter. We will definitely be going back to Precision for our future garage door needs.

My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Never felt that he was pushing me into something not necessary. For me that was a pleasant surprise!! Definitely NOT an average tech. Great job Justin! Thank you so much!! ????

Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.

I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.
