Within one day, a technician (Justin Cooney) gave us a thorough evaluation of the scope of work, provided options and price points, and gave us time to make a decision. After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.
