By far the best service I've ever had from a professional team. First the technician came in looked things over and went above and beyond to help us fix what our problems were. The technician took his time and was efficient with his work. He even cleaned up everything when he is done. The new garage openers are the BEST ever. They are the quietest. I have to check several times to make sure I opened and closed it. This is by far the best service we've ever had. The technician did everything he could to help with the cost of things as well. Called in the morning, appointment set up between 12 and 2. Tech arrived at 1. Reviewed our concerns with him. He checked all pieces and parts of the garage door and opener. He then went over everything with us. We chose to go with a new and quiet opener. Installation was completed the same day. Tech explained all the workings of the opener and programmed the Home Link in the car. Very processional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely call this company for your garage door and garage opener needs!

Monday before Christmas one of the springs broke. I tried to move the door but is was crooked in the tracks and I couldn’t move it. Thursday after Christmas I called Precision and they came the next morning. My house is 22 years old so the technician did a full inspection and showed me quite a few upgrades to consider for the repair. He gave me three cost options, good, better, best to get the door operating again. I chose the better(midrange cost) and he completed the job in under 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the response, the service, and the technician.

Great company, the service was prompt, and Chad the technician was excellent. He gave me 3 options after inspecting the door. I chose option #2, which consisted of replacing the springs and adding a safety cable to each, replacing the spring pully on both, and replacing the cables and all rollers. Now I have a 25 year old garage door which should last at least another 10 years, providing that the motor stays in good shape. All in all, a good experience.

We are very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service, from the phone call to schedule service to the completion of the project. We learned about the company from an advertisement in the Value Pack mailing. The person who scheduled the service was very professional. Additionally, she was very understanding to our need to have the garage door fixed as quickly as possible. There were two technicians who arrived to do the service work. Jerry Eldreth did most of the talking. He took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of what the problem was as well as why it became a problem in the first place. His explanation of the options available to fix the problem were easy to understand. Upon completion of the project, Jerry explained everything that was done. Additionally, he made sure we fully understood how to operate the new equipment. Both service techs were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

My garage door cable snapped and not knowing who to contact for repairs, I Googled door repair ervices and noticed Precision had quite a few offered services with 24hr. call, so I put in a call around 1:00 and I was emailed a response within 1 hour about a service tech coming out between 3 & 5 the same day. He called around 4 saying he was running a little late, so I changed the appt. for the next day....They would be there at 8 and right at 8:00 the service tech was there. He inspected our door, explained 3 options for repairs and and by 9:15 he was done! I am highly recommending Pecision Door for any replacement/repair work that needs to be done. Very efficient, friendly and knowlegable. It doesn't get any better then this.

On a Saturday morning I discovered one of my garage door extension springs had broken and I was unable to raise the door manually. Contacted Precision Door and was happily surprised to get a same day appointment. Eddie, the tech, was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained my options and the costs associated with each. I elected to replace the old extension springs with a torsion spring setup. Eddie completed the conversion in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Door and would certainly call them again should the need arise.
