I had one of my openers that was making a terrible grinding noise. I called and they had a service tech (Zack) come out the next day. He looked over both the noisy opener and the 2nd one. Although Zack could have repaired the broken one I opted to go ahead and replace them both with new openers since they were 23 years old. The noise level between chain and belt drive is amazing. Zack did a great job with the installation and explanation of the new openers. I thought the replacements were fairly priced. Thank you Precision and Zack.

I bought a new garage door and needed installation. So much for using someone from Home Depot. They sell only. So I called Home Advisor telling them what service I needed and within 5 minutes Precision Overhead Door called. The next day they were out and within 1 hour had professionally installed our new opener. They were polite and professional 100%. I plan to have them come back out and service the wheels and rest of my hardware for the door itself. This company is awesome.

Eddie was able to arrive earlier than expected due to his astute adjustment in the appt time. Within a minute he quickly diagnosed one issue as I returned to explain another issue. The two issues were promptly corrected. Eddie was professional, capable, and personable. After completely the adjustments, the door operated perfectly and to my complete satisfaction.

I was very surprised and pleased with the service I received. We've been having issues with our garage door for months and I contacted Precision doors thru Home Advisor. We thought the door just needed adjusted (but that never fixed the problem before) so we were surprised to find out our door opener itself was the problem. The new door opener was installed properly and works like a dream. Our tech gave us several options to choose from and installed the opener that day. He was professional and pleasant to talk too. Called Sat. 3/14/20, serviceman came Sun. morning 3/15/20 at 8 AM. Inspected what was wrong, a broken cable. Gave me 3 choices for quotes to fix it. Just to come to the house was a $59 fee. All total the price to replace the 2 cables, I only needed one and 2 pulleys which I really didn't need at all plus labor was $259. Way over priced but I let the Tech Zac do the repair. Good work but OVERPRICED. Had another price for $135 total but when Precision told me $59 plus parts and labor I figured it would have been the same or less. Will NEVER use them again due to HIGH PRICE.

Called in the morning, appointment set up between 12 and 2. Tech arrived at 1. Reviewed our concerns with him. He checked all pieces and parts of the garage door and opener. He then went over everything with us. We chose to go with a new and quiet opener. Installation was completed the same day. Tech explained all the workings of the opener and programmed the Home Link in the car. Very processional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely call this company for your garage door and garage opener needs!

Monday before Christmas one of the springs broke. I tried to move the door but is was crooked in the tracks and I couldn’t move it. Thursday after Christmas I called Precision and they came the next morning. My house is 22 years old so the technician did a full inspection and showed me quite a few upgrades to consider for the repair. He gave me three cost options, good, better, best to get the door operating again. I chose the better(midrange cost) and he completed the job in under 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the response, the service, and the technician.
