A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option. I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!
