Could not ask for a better experience! Spring broke and Precision was immediately able to replace not only the springs but also upgrade all of the other hardware that was 20 years old. Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs.
