I had a tension spring break on our garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door and they immediately came out after we scheduled a date/time and the technician Daniel was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a people person. He carefully explained things and provided several options for our needs. He fully inspected both garage doors and since they are 11 yrs old, together we made proper changes to be made. He got the job done in a very timely manner and remarkably all by himself. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Eddie showed up at the time promised. He quickly found the problem with my garage door and fixed it. So quick, he didn't have time to turn his truck off. He practiced all the COVID-19 safeguards that were mentioned on your phone call. Eddie didn't charge me anything to repair my garage door, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs repair or replacement of their garage door.

Kenny was very pleasant, explained the procedure and total cost, and began the work. I was so impressed, I decided to have him replace the other door opener, too, as it was also two decades old.

He explained what the issues were to my wife and I, laid out our options to us, and had everything back together and working in under 2 hrs. I cannot say enough good things about Eddie Hesling. I originally just wanted to replace the backup battery in my Craftsman opener. However, I also pointed out to Eddie that the door was rattling, and while he was here the opener made a horrible grinding noise while opening. Eddie assured me that part of his job was to inspect the entire system. After he did, he showed me that the spring had been installed incorrectly last fall (by another company) and that the motor gears on my 5-year old opener were grinding. He gave me several options to choose from, but I elected to replace the entire opener and spring with some new parts on the door itself. I truly didn't realize how bad my door opener was until Eddie finished the install today. It is so quiet and smooth running. I am so pleased and feel confident that I have found an excellent company with incredible service and I will contract with them for additional work in the future. And by the way, Eddie is a lovely young man and really knows what he is about.

We had a problem getting a tech there at all or within the specified time. Once someone showed up we ended up getting a whole new motor, rollers etc. and keypad. Tech tried his best after being sent here unexpectedly and worked hard until 7.30 p.m., the original time frame was 12-2. Tech was very pleasant and knew his stuff.
