My technician for installing a new door motor, springs, rollers, outdoor pad, etc was Justin Cooney and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did an exceptional install! This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. Steve D. listened to my need for some maintenance on my garage door which hadn't been serviced in the past. Overall things looked good, but after Steve D's inspection, I decided to replace the rollers (which were worn and noisy), the bottom seal on the door, and the old motor. Steve D. was able to complete all of this within 2 hours of his arrival. I would definitely recommend Precision and Steve D. for quick and courteous service.

My technician, Steve Davis, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about his craft. The reason for my service call was a garage door spring had snapped and I was unable to get my cars out. During the inspection, Steve addressed some future concerns due to repairs done to the door by the previous owner. When I saw the quality of the replacement parts used by the company – like powder coating on the replacement springs to prevent rust - I had all moving parts on the door replaced, and a higher horsepower opener installed to deal with excessive weight of the door. During these repairs, I noticed the springs on my second garage door were rusting also, so I had Steve recondition and upgrade the parts on that door as well. Here’s an important point: although we tested the second door thoroughly during his stay, a day later it needed a minor adjustment - to which the issue was quickly addressed and has been fine ever since. The takeaways: Friendly, knowledgeable service; high quality replacement parts; and quick service after the sale – because let’s face it – stuff happens. Highly recommended.

Called about a garage door repair about 2 pm (my son had used this company) The person answering the phone was very courteous and helpful Two hours later Kody the technician was on site. He reviewed several options with me and gave me quotes on these within minutes Once I agreed what I wanted done he promptly started work. He was very neat with his work and cleaned everything up. Upon completion he explained the operation of the new operator and safety features. Very satisfied and I thought the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them

I had my driveway concrete redone and my garage door would not close. Henry came out and made a few adjustments and moved the sliding latches so they line up with lock slots. He also sprayed lubricant on pulleys and hinges. May have been here 1/2 hr. Charged me $250.00 dollars. That’s $500.00 dollars an hour labor cost. Just seemed excessive to me. But the door does now close and lock.

Friday night arrived and we ended up with a very badly damaged garage door. Saturday morning call to Precision Garage Door (PGD) and a very pleasant customer service representative (a live person) actually listened to my concerns and scheduled the first available technician to my home on Monday. Because I wanted to be certain that I did, in fact, talk to a live person Saturday, I called PGD on Sunday morning and found another pleasant customer service representative who checked her computer and confirmed the appointment! Keep in mind that there were freezing rain, snow, and ice storms predicted for Saturday night into Sunday morning, and other storms predicted throughout this week, so I was very concerned about getting that garage door closed. On Monday morning, Ryan, their technician called me to say he was on his way. When Ryan arrived, he assessed the damage and discussed his plan with me about making the temporary repairs to safely get the garage door closed. Another technician showed up to help him. Both technicians were very polite and immediately took care of business for me. In my opinion they were true professionals, compassionate about my concerns and experts at what they do. I believe the employees of PGD exemplified what customer service and satisfaction should look like! Before this happened to me, I watched some of those PGD television commercials about those green and white PGD trucks showing up with those friendly technicians to help the owner regardless of how small or large the damage/issue may be. I can tell you that I made that call and found that commercial to be true and accurate for me.

We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working. He also did a quick tune-up with the doors to assure everything was working and aligned properly. And, he was a very nice young man! Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!!!
