Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

Hello, I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was early. He showed me the problems with our garage door and gave me 3 options to choose from. He performed the service in a little over an hour and afterwards he explained and showed me what he did. Kenny was friendly and was very knowledgeable. Eddie was able to arrive earlier than expected due to his astute adjustment in the appt time. Within a minute he quickly diagnosed one issue as I returned to explain another issue. The two issues were promptly corrected. Eddie was professional, capable, and personable. After completely the adjustments, the door operated perfectly and to my complete satisfaction.

I made an appointment at 11pm via online chat, and Ed Hesling showed up right on time the next day! He was very professional, maintaining social distance and wore a mask. We are very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service, from the phone call to schedule service to the completion of the project. We learned about the company from an advertisement in the Value Pack mailing. The person who scheduled the service was very professional. Additionally, she was very understanding to our need to have the garage door fixed as quickly as possible. There were two technicians who arrived to do the service work. Jerry Eldreth did most of the talking. He took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of what the problem was as well as why it became a problem in the first place. His explanation of the options available to fix the problem were easy to understand. Upon completion of the project, Jerry explained everything that was done. Additionally, he made sure we fully understood how to operate the new equipment. Both service techs were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

On a Saturday morning I discovered one of my garage door extension springs had broken and I was unable to raise the door manually. Contacted Precision Door and was happily surprised to get a same day appointment. Eddie, the tech, was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained my options and the costs associated with each. I elected to replace the old extension springs with a torsion spring setup. Eddie completed the conversion in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Door and would certainly call them again should the need arise.
