The motor on our 30 year old garage door opener finally quit working. Within one day, a technician (Justin Cooney) gave us a thorough evaluation of the scope of work, provided options and price points, and gave us time to make a decision. Justin was able to complete all the work on the spot. He was professional, efficient, and had a polite and friendly nature as well. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

Hello, I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was early. He showed me the problems with our garage door and gave me 3 options to choose from. He performed the service in a little over an hour and afterwards he explained and showed me what he did. Kenny was friendly and was very knowledgeable.
