I had used your company a number of years ago at a previous home so when I needed service at my current home I remembered the great service from before and called Precision again. The technician, Jerry Eldreth, knew his business. I wanted maintenance performed on my doors. He explained everything and answered my questions. Once again I learned a thing or two. If needed I will always call Precision for service or installation and will definitely refer you to others.

I have seen the advertisements and when we had a door problem yours was the first to come to mind. The rapid response was greatly appreciated. Henry was great in resolving the problem and he was nice and courteous. Converted to a more modern opening system with replacement of rollers, springs and cables. It’s just a follow up visit to an installation of a new door in December. At six months a company policy is to come and check the door and lubricate all the important parts. I have been satisfied with the friendly and efficient service on both visits.

Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair/replacement. Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!

Purchased a home where the previous owner was a spend thrift. Experienced problems with garage door and contacted Precision after exhausting DIY solutions available on line. ‘Dan’ called me and listened to my analogy of the problem. He scheduled a tech to arrive the next day. ‘Zach’ called in advance of his arrival within the scheduled window. He inspected my situation and provided repair options. He was knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Precision based on my experience with them.

Today a spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision because a few of the neighbors have used this company. I was completely satisfied with the service. I called after 12pm they were at my door by 4pm. Bye 6pm my door was working the springs were replaced with new ones and I opted for a new seal on the bottom as well the old one was very worn. Also I need to mention Justin he was such a nice person to work with and he completely explained everything in detail. I also changed my mind from just the springs to the springs and the seal he didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely use Precision for all my future garage door need’s, hopefully not but if need I’d call them again.

I can’t say enough about your staff and the level of customer service they provided after installation. I would have appreciated more interaction with the person who ordered our custom door. Once I sent what I was interested in, they ordered the door, but unfortunately since they never reviewed the order with me prior to ordering it. The windows I wanted were on the wrong side, which I could live with but because of the mistake it caused issues with the opener and required additional visits. Again, the original service staff and the installers were top notch and did everything they could to make things right.

Got in touch with Precision at 7:30pm one evening as one of our garage door openers died. They came out 8:45am the very next morning! Very impressed with the service technician Nia. He explained everything clearly, was very thorough/knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had one garage door opener replaced and a major service done on another. The "Precision" brand name opener is impressive and is hands down the best opener I have ever had. It is whisper quiet and operates smooth like butter. We will definitely be going back to Precision for our future garage door needs.
