Not much confidence in the service guy we had. Told us we needed the springs replaced as the ones we had were too big. Having 2nd thoughts on having him do the replacements and paid over $600 dollars . He couldn’t figure out the garage door opener and said we should replace that as well. We did not. . Will not use Precision the future.

The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

I was very pleased with the service I received from making the appointment to the actual service completed by the technician. I realized the door wasn't working correctly at 8 PM on Thursday night. I saw the advertisement that the company is available 24/7. I called and expected an answering machine, but I got a real, friendly voice. I was told they could have a technician there the very next day, even though snow was expected. I indicated that for everyone's safety and since it wasn't an emergency I could wait an extra day which was a Saturday. I had multiple times slots available. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, prepared several options for the repair, discussed them, and went right to work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My compliments to all I was involved with and will highly recommend to anyone needing their garage door repairs,

He was on time and after completing a thorough inspection of our overhead door he provided our repair options and explained what each option would include. We were pleased with his work and impressed with his friendly customer skills. Our door works like new. He even took the time to check with our next door neighbor on how their door was working as he had worked on it in the past.

Discovered a broken spring around 10 pm I was able to make an appointment online for the next afternoon The technicians were on time and able to replace the springs in about half an hour plus check the other components of my garage door for any issues. I had a problem with my garage door opener. You could just hear the motor run when you pushed it but the door would not open. This happened on a Friday afternoon. When I called for appt, I was given the first appt on Monday. (I could still manually open and close the door in the meantime.) The techs came and the door opener worked right away. They tried it several times and it continued working but they felt the motor was starting to go. Because I was just starting to recover from major surgery, they offered to send me quotes about the costs for new motors so I could make a decision on that when it stopped working again or at my convenience. Excellent service and very professional.
