Company is a rip off. service person didn’t know what he was doing. Tell me I needed a new garage door then said oh your springs are broken. Never even touched the garage opener to see what the problem was. Garage is still broken.

Precision Garage Doors was great today! Our car was being held hostage in our garage, & our regular company couldn't come until Friday ( today is Monday). My husband said he sees a lot of Precision trucks on the road & to call them. I went online to get a phone number & was happy to see I could book online for TODAY! They send you a picture of who's coming (great idea!). They were right on time, gave us 3 options of what could be done to solve the problem, then did great completing the job with a 10 year warranty on everything. Extremely happy!

Blake came to home to inspect our broken garage door spring, noticed several other old and worn equipment, and gave me the option of what I would like serviced. He was able to fix the garage door in less than an hour!!!!!! Additionally, he was very personable and explained everything he would do in layman’s terms. Overall, an excellent experience!!!

I started my Thursday to find one of my garage doors was not functioning due to cabling coming off one of the pulleys. I did not have time to diagnose & repair, so I did a quick Google search for "Garage Door Repairs". I noticed Precision Garage Door Service was highly reviewed & local. I gave them a call, talked to a representative and was informed a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician (Blake) actually contacted me sooner than expected and arrived shortly thereafter. Blake was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. He asked specific questions and was able to diagnose the issue(s). He provided a plan for repair and executed that plan promptly & professionally. I'm not impressed easily, but I am very impressed & happy with every aspect of dealing with Precision today. If the need arises, I will certainly use them again! I will also let friend, family & colleagues know about my experience with Precision as well! Extra kudos to Blake as well!

My husband, Ken and I can't say enough good things about your service. We called to make an appointment the night we came home from work and discovered we had a broken garage door spring. The very next morning Jerry came out to assess the situation. He was wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. It turns out we basically had our whole garage door system overhauled. New springs, cables, drums, bearings and rollers and we also purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. We were so impressed and so pleased with everything that was done.
