The estimating process, that provided options, was helpful in deciding what direction I wanted to go. I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs. I will recommend this company to my friends.

The installers were early and ready to work. Several times I was asked if I had any questions. Non-stop guys, worked well together. I've had 4 garage doors with openers and this one is the quietest ever. From the nearest room it is impossible to hear it opening/closing. Whisper quiet. I would like to have a manual lock installed at some point. Thank you very much for ordering the door and having it installed.

Henry Storm, arrived on his appointed time, and presented himself in a professional manner. He went about his responsibilities while at the same time, informed us of the condition of our 30 year old garage door. After a total explanation of the situation, Henry advised us of three options. Once we determined an option, Henry proceeded to complete the project with skillful qualified efficiency. Within a short period of time the project was finished. Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.

Precisión is an outstanding company. Called them yesterday because my keypad and both remotes did not work due to a power outage. Spoke with Denny Gohn who walked me through a short process to try to fix it but it still didn’t work so he scheduled an appointment for me this morning with Kenny Dyson. He showed up at the exact scheduled time, listened to my concerns and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A truly professional young man who knows his business. Justin and Chad responded to a call placed re "broken torsion springs" the very next day. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. Their explanation was simple to understand, yet very concise re their terminology. They willingly answered my questions and helped me make an informed decision re the needed repairs. Once completed, they reviewed the work order, again answered any questions, and thusly made this "garage door experience" a pleasant one. Expectations were exceeded! These 2 gentlemen certainly represented your company's philosophy to the fullest. They should receive a complimentary " job well done" commendation attached to their work/job profile.
