I had used Precision a few years ago. I was totally impressed with the service and job done today. Yes, you met my expectations. I could have had same day service when I called but chose to do the next day. Brayden was very professional and courteous and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me and went over everything when the job was done. The quality of his work was superb, and he even checked for fingerprints maybe left behind on the door before he was gone, I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them. I think I have two neighbors who will be contacting you.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your technician, Andonia Bennett this past Friday. I found him to be quite knowledgeable and professional. And he provided helpful guidance in my selection of a new garage door opener, a Liftmaster 87504 Garage Door Opener and in familiarizing me with how to operate it once he had installed it. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service, and I definitely plan on using your service for all of my future garage door needs. And I will gladly recommend it to others as well.

Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)

Great experience working with Dalton John and Precision Garage Door. My garage door system was 23 yrs old and it was time to get new since it wasn't closing properly. Now it is soooo quiet. Dalton was very personable and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought a house that had a very old garage door opener. I googled garage door repairs in Harrisburg and Precision came up with great reviews and I was not disappointed. Brayden showed up and walked me through options along with explaining everything that had to be replaced. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Installation was done that day and only took about 2 hours. Everything went great and continues to be.

Our experience with precision so far has been great. We received a timely response to our call and promptly arranged an appointment with Dan. He was on time and reviewed what we wanted done, measured and asked questions. Dan then reviewed our options and provided us with a quote as well as brochures. He understood we were getting other quotes and dud not apply any pressure and did not bad mouth the competition. Guess what? We just placed an order, if installation can match Dan's professional, prompt and courteous performance then another review will be coming!

I was having difficulty with my garage door not opening/closing properly. I called Precision based on a 5 star rating on Google. They definitely deserve that rating. I called around 1:30 and Brayden was here promptly at my scheduled time. He diagnosed that the problem was the motor. It was 18 years old. He installed a new one. He took the time with me to explain the functions of the various parts of a garage door. I appreciate the knowledge. I highly recommend this business.

When I left my home the garage door closed without issues. One hour later I received a panic call that the door would not open. We thought the nest the birds built on top of the opener may have something to do with the problem. Once removed, it still did not work. A friend (Paul D.) recommended your company. We called and you were able to schedule for visit later in the day and could expect an advance notification call the employees were on their way. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and made their way to the garage to do the mechanic and safety inspections. I was curious and hung around to watch. After some 25+ years of excellent service, it had in fact died. We were provided three replacement options to choose from. Which by the way, they had available in the truck. How good is that! No waiting until next Week/Day! The men worked well together and completed the installation quickly and cleaned up and removed all packaging to dispose. Again. Wow I didn't have to follow behind to clean up. The best part is now my door makes no shake rattle and roll noise. I love how quiet it is. The lead gave me two remote controls that he had programmed for us. We aren't very technical, so that was a relief. At the end of the day, I have to say, your team was great, fantastic over the top employees and deserve an atta boy and a big KUDOS. r, Michelle

The 1st time I reached out to Percison, 2022, the man was very knowledgeable, professional & relatively quick. This go round, Tyler the Technician has a beeeeeeeautiful 'gentle' spirit, which makes the customer encounter very pleasant. Tyler was very professional & knowledgeable about his profession. Would be a DREAM if you had more employees such as Tyler. Precision actually is working with me on payment & this is a HUGH FACTOR & this DOES matter when unable to accommodate the work that was performed. The patients & understanding & working with; DOES matter. I WOULD recommend Precision to family & friends who have garages. Continue to 'allow the customers to truly matter', Continue the professionalism of your company. GOD BLESS.

I had a broken spring and called Precision to see if they could help. They sent a tech the same day. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and presented 3 options for the repair. The work was done quickly and the tech reviewed his work with me before he left my home. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage door.

I called around 8:30 am on a Thursday for a broken door spring, the technicians arrived before 10 am. They were very knowledgeable, pointed out the issues I also had with drums and rollers, and explained it all in layman's terms while showing me the concerns. They had the door fixed completely in a couple of hours. Nia and Dalton were very timely, friendly, and did a great job. From call to completion roughly 3.5 hours, much more than I expected! The door works great again.
