Quite honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. From the free estimate to the prompt communication to the installation everyone was on point, efficient, and professional. Installation took one day and besides both doors, openers, and all hardware being new, there was no evidence of work being done. They cleaned up like it was their home. The doors and openers are awesome. I'm glad I got the steel doors because they look great and seem sturdy. The doors open with almost no sound. The openers are whisper quiet. You didn't just meet my expectations, you exceeded them. Well done and thank you!

Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

My garage door broke just as I was leaving for work. I had seen your ads on TV every morning. The company I bought the door from could not come out for 48 hrs. Called Precision and they were here in 3 hours, diagnosed the issue and completed repair all within 1 hour. Great price for same-day service and 5 yr warranty. Nia was my tech and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use your services again and refer friends/family.

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

Our garage door spring broke and was loud. We had seen many Precision door signs in our town and called for repair. We had someone at our house within 2 hours. We replace everything but the door (for now). Service was efficient and handle timely. I would 100% refer friends, neighbors and family!

I called Precision Door at 8AM on Monday morning. A friendly person answered my call and quickly scheduled a service person to look at my garage door at noon the same day. I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. He also performed maintenance on my second door during his visit. Both doors are operating like new. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Dave S.

I had two garage doors installed two weeks and my experience with Precision was A1, excellent from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Rick, who was professional, easy to talk to, and took his time explaining everything that was included, in addition he proceeded to show me standard, better, and best in terms of quality, lastly, we went outside to his vehicle to see samples that allow me a visual of what my choices were. On installation day, two gentlemen, Cyrus and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name arrived on time, answered all my questions and were just as excited to install the doors as I was, and did a fantastic job . Garage doors aren't something that we'll purchase everyday, so, I really appreciate the time and patience , and effort that was taken by your entire team. Customer service matters! My garage door opener broke late in the evening. Upon calling Precision that evening I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Nia arrived on time and explained to me what was wrong with the opener. He gave me options and I decided to replace my garage door opener. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was replaced in a very timely manner. I would recommend him and Precision in the future.

I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

I'm extremely happy with my interaction with Nia Bennett. When I called it was for a replacement of the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. Upon inspection Nia explained why I could see daylight at the top of the door. The door was beginning to bow. In 2019 Chad Lahue was the techican that repaired my garage motor. Installed key pad. He was so polite and helpful. Today I had to call for service and had the pleasure of seeing Chad again. He listened to all my concerns and gave me options. He is always so professional and is the reason I will always use Precision.
