My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)
