I had a broken spring and called Precision to see if they could help. They sent a tech the same day. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and presented 3 options for the repair. I called around 8:30 am on a Thursday for a broken door spring, the technicians arrived before 10 am. They were very knowledgeable, pointed out the issues I also had with drums and rollers, and explained it all in layman's terms while showing me the concerns. They had the door fixed completely in a couple of hours. Nia and Dalton were very timely, friendly, and did a great job. From call to completion roughly 3.5 hours, much more than I expected! The door works great again.

Brayden was wonderful. I can’t praise him enough. He let me know when he was arriving, asked me to explain the issue I was having with my garage door, and he promptly got to work. I could tell right away that Brayden really knew how to tackle the problem, and he did a great job! He also let me know that if the issue ever occurred again, how he would resolve it. Brayden checked another problem I had experienced, and gave me excellent advice about it, as well. I can’t imagine using anyone other than Brayden, and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted excellent service at a fair price!

I called around 9:30 am. The appointment was set up for between 10 and 12. The repair technician called to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes. My repair was completed before 11am. Thank you for the quick service and excellent repairs.

From our first call on a Thursday to set up an appointment, the gentleman from Precision Central PA was kind,helpful and expeditious. The first technician, Henry, arrived within a couple hours to access the situation. Henry was very kind a d knowledgeable. We set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a snowy day. We received a courtesy call ft to let us know the tech may be running a bit late due to the weather. However, we soon received a call from Zach to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving in a half hour if we agreed. Zach did a great job installing a new motor and system to replace our 40 plus year old system. Zach was very kind pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with Precision all around! Our service call to Precision was placed on a Sunday morning. Appropriate information was provided to them and repair was scheduled for Monday morning. The technician arrived on schedule, reviewed our problem with us and gave us three repair options with prices, not estimates. The work that was performed required a great deal of skill and knowledge and could not have been performed by a homeowner. Don't watch the YouTube videos and think you can do the repair yourself. A new spring was installed along with nylon roller guides and cables. The repair work was completed in two and one half hours. Pricing was upfront. No changes. No additions. Great job!
