I received same day service unlike the other company who I had used in the past who couldn't come till next Tuesday. Josh called to let me know of his arrival time. He checked everything thoroughly and explained 3 choices for repair. Was helpful with working out a fair price for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Thank you for sending Josh to me.
