I called Precision Door at 8AM on Monday morning. A friendly person answered my call and quickly scheduled a service person to look at my garage door at noon the same day. I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. He also performed maintenance on my second door during his visit. Both doors are operating like new. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Dave S.

I had two garage doors installed two weeks and my experience with Precision was A1, excellent from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Rick, who was professional, easy to talk to, and took his time explaining everything that was included, in addition he proceeded to show me standard, better, and best in terms of quality, lastly, we went outside to his vehicle to see samples that allow me a visual of what my choices were. On installation day, two gentlemen, Cyrus and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name arrived on time, answered all my questions and were just as excited to install the doors as I was, and did a fantastic job . Garage doors aren't something that we'll purchase everyday, so, I really appreciate the time and patience , and effort that was taken by your entire team. Customer service matters! My garage door opener broke late in the evening. Upon calling Precision that evening I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Nia arrived on time and explained to me what was wrong with the opener. He gave me options and I decided to replace my garage door opener. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was replaced in a very timely manner. I would recommend him and Precision in the future.

I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

I'm extremely happy with my interaction with Nia Bennett. When I called it was for a replacement of the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. Upon inspection Nia explained why I could see daylight at the top of the door. The door was beginning to bow. A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!

Nia was outstanding! Communicated very well as to his arrival time. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was one small issue, but he came out the very next day and corrected it, which I greatly appreciated. Stuff happens, but it's the speed and eagerness to correct that truly impresses. Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company.
