Called Precision for what I though was a faulty garage door opener. Turns out the spring on my garage door broke. Braedon was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us a couple of different options to consider and quickly took measurements to gather the necessary information for the new doors. The installation team, including Josh and another installer whose name I can't recall, did a great job. They were timely and efficient, clearly demonstrating their expertise. We booked a large job with Precision Garage Door. We needed two garage springs replaced, two motors along with new rollers for the doors. Kody Anderson was the technician that showed up. Kody was able to replace everything in record time. What a professional he was. He programmed the remotes and walked us through the correct operation of everything. Ty arrived early and I explained the issue with garage remotes and keypad. He checked the old motor and remotes and quickly discussed the age of the motor, which was quite old. Worked up cost of new motor and bearings and explained the process in detail. Decided to put new motor in and he got to work. When finished he explained remotes and keypad along with things to look out for - light at bottom. I was ecstatic the new motor was so quiet I barely realized it was working. Very impressed with his attention to detail and cleanup. Great personality. Thanks for sending him.

We wanted a company that is specific for what we are looking for. Home Depot and Lowe’s generalize in just about everything so they are limited in the details, which we all know the devil is in the details. And as a plus you were cheaper than Home Depot. Your crew in Harrisburg are great to deal with. Braden and Chad have been outstanding. Braden thought of things I would never have.

The service was great and Kody was very informative and courteous. He got the job done in less than an hour. The only issue I have is the price. I could have bought the best quality replacement parts at Home Depot for less than $400 (springs, rollers, cables, and pulleys) and yet my cost for repair was $1240. Either your have a very high mark-up or you pay your employees a fantastic salary. I guess when customers are in a bind and you got 'em by the balls that's the business model.

The spring broke on our garage door. We are having construction done on our house and CF Construction recommended your business. I called and spoke to Nick who was very helpful and gave us a timeframe. Our technician Josh Finkbeiner called and gave us a definite time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me two options and had the door fixed in no time. And this all happened within a 3 hour window. Great customer service! Randy, the technician, came to the house today to help resolve the issue of the garage doors not closing consistently. His thoroughness and communication helped us realize that while we had just replaced the garage doors last year with Precision, the motors had worn out and needed to be replaced. The positive is that having a good technician like Randy helped us understand the issue and how to resolve it. The negative is last year, when we were having garage doors replaced. The salesperson, installers, and technician who all came and sold us the garage doors and serviced them did not mention the wear and tear on the motor, and it might be a good time to replace it. I am sure cost might have been the reason why not mentioned, as the salesperson could sense I had reached my limit on spending for the doors. My wife and I want to thank Randy for the excellent service, communication, and time to explain and recommend a solution. He is an excellent representation of your company. Recently, our HOA president asked me who did our garage doors last year, and I told her Precision. Moving forward, I will say Precision but get Randy involved.
