The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

I was very pleased with the service I received from making the appointment to the actual service completed by the technician. I realized the door wasn't working correctly at 8 PM on Thursday night. I saw the advertisement that the company is available 24/7. I called and expected an answering machine, but I got a real, friendly voice. I was told they could have a technician there the very next day, even though snow was expected. I indicated that for everyone's safety and since it wasn't an emergency I could wait an extra day which was a Saturday. I had multiple times slots available. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, prepared several options for the repair, discussed them, and went right to work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our technician was Nia. He was prompt to come out. Explained the process of what he was going to do and what he was going to look for, explained the safety inspection. He was on time and after completing a thorough inspection of our overhead door he provided our repair options and explained what each option would include. Discovered a broken spring around 10 pm I was able to make an appointment online for the next afternoon The technicians were on time and able to replace the springs in about half an hour plus check the other components of my garage door for any issues. I had a problem with my garage door opener. You could just hear the motor run when you pushed it but the door would not open. This happened on a Friday afternoon. When I called for appt, I was given the first appt on Monday. (I could still manually open and close the door in the meantime.) The techs came and the door opener worked right away. They tried it several times and it continued working but they felt the motor was starting to go. Because I was just starting to recover from major surgery, they offered to send me quotes about the costs for new motors so I could make a decision on that when it stopped working again or at my convenience. Excellent service and very professional.

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.
