Customer service was awesome from day one! We had an appointment for install set up very quickly. Chad was awesome from start to finish! He inspected our door and explained our options. I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Denny Gohn did a great job installing a new garage door opener, wall consoles, and keyless entry console. He took a look at the old one to see if he could salvage it (mind you I already had a new one so this wasn’t an upsell) and worked to still use the parts that were fine (i.e. chain). Very friendly guy, arrived in good time, and I would recommend this service.

I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.
