Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.

Precisión is an outstanding company. Called them yesterday because my keypad and both remotes did not work due to a power outage. Spoke with Denny Gohn who walked me through a short process to try to fix it but it still didn’t work so he scheduled an appointment for me this morning with Kenny Dyson. He showed up at the exact scheduled time, listened to my concerns and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A truly professional young man who knows his business. Today’s service call was my first experience with your company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad was outstanding. He arrived on schedule and quickly identified the issues with my door and opener. He provided a thorough explanation of the solutions and answered all of my questions. There was a significant amount of work involved, but he was finished in what seemed like no time at all. I appreciated being able to schedule the servicing so soon (appointments were available the same day I called, but I needed some time to clear enough space!). Well, I backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and bent the bottom of it badly and popped the rollers off the channel. Remembering that Precision had installed a new opener motor so I called for help. Within a couple of hours a technician, Chad, arrived and started fixing the problem. I asked for an estimate on replacing the door entirely and Chad did that. The replacement was not all that expensive so he helped me place an order. I am completely satisfied in the response time, Chad's skill and the price of a new door. Thanks

First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.

I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.
