I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Denny Gohn did a great job installing a new garage door opener, wall consoles, and keyless entry console. He took a look at the old one to see if he could salvage it (mind you I already had a new one so this wasn’t an upsell) and worked to still use the parts that were fine (i.e. chain). Very friendly guy, arrived in good time, and I would recommend this service.

I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had a tension spring break on our garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door and they immediately came out after we scheduled a date/time and the technician Daniel was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a people person. He carefully explained things and provided several options for our needs. He fully inspected both garage doors and since they are 11 yrs old, together we made proper changes to be made. He got the job done in a very timely manner and remarkably all by himself. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Eddie showed up at the time promised. He quickly found the problem with my garage door and fixed it. So quick, he didn't have time to turn his truck off. He practiced all the COVID-19 safeguards that were mentioned on your phone call. Eddie didn't charge me anything to repair my garage door, which I really appreciate. I hate writing reviews and not being paid for them. So please understand; that me doing this means your employee kicked butt from install to customer service. With that, I wanted to express that Mr. Mike who installed my door was no less than Awesome. He really took time to get it right and explain everything along the way. I hope this get to him and he is rewarded accordingly.
