I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a tension spring break on our garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door and they immediately came out after we scheduled a date/time and the technician Daniel was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a people person. He carefully explained things and provided several options for our needs. He fully inspected both garage doors and since they are 11 yrs old, together we made proper changes to be made. I cannot say enough good things about Eddie Hesling. I originally just wanted to replace the backup battery in my Craftsman opener. However, I also pointed out to Eddie that the door was rattling, and while he was here the opener made a horrible grinding noise while opening. Eddie assured me that part of his job was to inspect the entire system. After he did, he showed me that the spring had been installed incorrectly last fall (by another company) and that the motor gears on my 5-year old opener were grinding. He gave me several options to choose from, but I elected to replace the entire opener and spring with some new parts on the door itself. I truly didn't realize how bad my door opener was until Eddie finished the install today. It is so quiet and smooth running. I am so pleased and feel confident that I have found an excellent company with incredible service and I will contract with them for additional work in the future. And by the way, Eddie is a lovely young man and really knows what he is about.

We had a problem getting a tech there at all or within the specified time. Once someone showed up we ended up getting a whole new motor, rollers etc. and keypad. Tech tried his best after being sent here unexpectedly and worked hard until 7.30 p.m., the original time frame was 12-2. Tech was very pleasant and knew his stuff.
