Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. Justin and Chad responded to a call placed re "broken torsion springs" the very next day. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. Their explanation was simple to understand, yet very concise re their terminology. They willingly answered my questions and helped me make an informed decision re the needed repairs. I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs. I will recommend this company to my friends.

The installers were early and ready to work. Several times I was asked if I had any questions. Non-stop guys, worked well together. I've had 4 garage doors with openers and this one is the quietest ever. From the nearest room it is impossible to hear it opening/closing. Whisper quiet. I would like to have a manual lock installed at some point. Thank you very much for ordering the door and having it installed.
