Nia was outstanding! Communicated very well as to his arrival time. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was one small issue, but he came out the very next day and corrected it, which I greatly appreciated. Stuff happens, but it's the speed and eagerness to correct that truly impresses. Could not ask for a better experience! Spring broke and Precision was immediately able to replace not only the springs but also upgrade all of the other hardware that was 20 years old. Extremely courteous throughout the process, prompt on arrival, and efficient at finishing the job. Highly recommend.

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. May I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a safe and prosperous New Year. Kudos to you and the employees I was in touch with today. Most sincerely, Judy

Justin and Chad responded to a call placed re "broken torsion springs" the very next day. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. Their explanation was simple to understand, yet very concise re their terminology. They willingly answered my questions and helped me make an informed decision re the needed repairs. Once completed, they reviewed the work order, again answered any questions, and thusly made this "garage door experience" a pleasant one. Expectations were exceeded! These 2 gentlemen certainly represented your company's philosophy to the fullest. They should receive a complimentary " job well done" commendation attached to their work/job profile.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by your company. The two technicians arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. The estimating process, that provided options, was helpful in deciding what direction I wanted to go. After the installation of new springs and cables they reviewed everything they did - which was more than I expected. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs. I will recommend this company to my friends.
